Flowers in General

Everyone knows flowers.

But what is the function of flowers in Equestria.
- Aesthetic
- Food
- Ingredients for potions
Probably all of the above.

But that makes me wonder.
Are ponies like Daisy, Rose, Lilly Valley or any others with flower Cutie Marks Florists, Botanist, Farmers or something else?

I mean im sure there are a few that are meant to be Florists (this was a show  originally for younger girls, and I mean what little girl doesnt love flowers)
Im sure there are botanist(science of plant life for those who dont know) as well, and considering you can break that into like 20 separate studies of plants there might be a couple that fall under this category
There are more likely a few that are farmers though ponies with flower CMs I would imagine are few and far between, sure there are probably a few exceptions but my guess is if they are farmers, they will have a cutie mark of what they are farming

Also some ponies have flower CM but they do nothing related to flowers. Example: Cheerilee.

I guess in my mind im thinking of just straight up flowers and not flowers with smilies / faces on them

Flowers for ponies could be like herbs to humans, they are...
1.Kept out in the open for looks
2.Can be used for food
3.Sprinkled in as an ingredient for food recipes


As for flower cutie marks, it's up for the pony who gets it to interpret what it means.
