I think he's saying that there are people ponies who barely play their 3DS as well as those who don't even play Rumble World, so getting Friend Codes from them... well... yeah.

That makes more sense. Or they focus on one game not related to Pokemon.

That can be a problem in terms of the inactivity and people playing another game than playing pokemon rumble world, but mostly the main series (the versions) and not to mention trades and battles. I can't delete some of my friends for my friend safari needs.

I don't quite understand the first sentence, but the second sentence I understand.
If you ever need a Breloom safari, let me know.

If you used items (particularly Complexity -1), it's completely understandable. I even tried that twice but still failed... even with a Great Ball.

Good grief, Pinsir is being really stubborn on Shuffle... Even at 33% (66% with Great Ball) which is the max you can catch it at (possible if you can get a high-enough Combo within one Move), it still breaks out...

Mind you, after today there are only two more days you can catch it before the event is over for now.

I'm getting the feeling that progress are going slow for me in pokemon rumble world. usually I get about 1-2 poke diamonds after rescuing the miis, but There's not much active friends that I have on my 3DS friend roster that plays the game except rikaria and my friend.

You could ask for friend codes.

Actually, I think that info might be wrong. Nintendo Everything is saying it's also available for X/Y as well.

But even disregarding that Dragonite, it's understandable that there aren't any more X/Y distributions outside competitions, as Game Freak/Nintendo usually favored the newest games.

Makes me kinda bored of my X file.

Oh well. Back to shufflin' and rumblin'.

It is currently not working and a new build will be available tomorrow morning (or hours later depending on the time zone).

I may have a solution. I tried this out myself and it actually worked for me.

Do not replace all files from the patch. What I mean is, do not transfer the PNet (PNet2.dll, PNet2Client.dll, and PNet2ClientUnity.dll) and Unity (UnityEngine.dll, UnityEngine.UI.dll, and UnityExtensions.dll) files from the patch folder.

It was part of a quest starting in Cloudopolis: you got it off of a stallion trying to gather evidence for a court case. 

So that's the quest. I totally forgot about that quest. Mainly because I have never finished that quest from the last OSWs nor have I ever got it to work in older OSWs.

Just in case anyone thinks this is an error report, this is not an error report.

I'm not sure why I forgot to screenshot this, but I noticed this one item I had no idea how I obtained it. It bears the name of the topic title minus the question mark.

It was also a coincidence that I noticed this after taking dragon loot.
Anyone have any ideas about this? (Or if anyone has proof of this titem)

and Intense is the highest difficulty in Brawl - and you beat the Subspace Emissary (I assume) on that difficulty five different times with five different characters. Give yourself some credit; that's a real achievement, I'd say.

Eh. Close enough. It's more of a boss rush mode (Boss battles) than Subspace Emissary (Adventure Mode). Dodging the final boss's instant KO attack still throws me off.

Aw, come on, don't be like that! Certainly there's something you've done well lately - whatever it is, you can definitely feel proud about how well you did it!

Can't say I'm proud of my gaming achievements. The most major ones I can think of right now are boss battles from Kirby's Dream Land 3, Kirby 64, and Super Smash Brothers Brawl (on Intense with Fox, Ness, Lucas, Wario, and Ganondorf).
