Title: cirrus won't talk to about the missing cookies

so I'm doing the removing cookies and browsing data quest and for some reason when i try to interrogate cirrus about the cookies he won't talk to me about the missing cookies instead he sends me on an infinite loop of the wayward party quest. -tj
