I cant find IRC button

Hello. i came home today and i came to get on irc with my friends. strangely enough. the Irc button is Gone!  . i Hope this is a bug and if its not. Im going to be Extremely sad. Please. anyone who knows about. Or if its just a bug on my computer. please let me know immediately. or whenever you can. Thanks. -Blue Pony
