Grammatical technicalities aren't exactly critical when dealing with such a massive project.   I think that can slide, given what the Dev team has been able to accomplish.

While that is true, besides programmer, my other job title is "Typo Annihilator". I will make sure at least 98% of the game is typo free.

by the time this game get done season 3 will be over and there will be new locations what do you plan to do about that is there an estimated time for release

Well the team won't have to include every location featured in MLP, although I can't say what they'll do, there isn't really a need for them to include content featured in FiM season 3.

As for release, the game will go public when the Beta arrives, possibly in 2013.

Depends on the timing. I do like patches though; patching is fun.
Also, last I heard, season 3 is due to come out this year, and I, unfortunately, don't think we'll be done this year (end of December.) So that means we'll probably either release with them in or patch them in. Depending on how many new areas they show us, we will probably add one or two, and patch in the rest.
I hate guessing games .
