Long Loading Time and Errors during Logging in

I seem to have gotten stuck in this situation of taking a long time to load up the log in screen and then being unable to choose a server and seeing a list of Errors

I have tried restarting my computer, re-downloading the game and even running in administrator mode, but i always end up taking at least 15mins to get into the log in screen only to be met with Error messages

Abilities .. Error!
Skills .. Error!
Recipes .. Error!
Item Atlas .. Done
Skill Atlas .. Downloading

I do find this odd because I was playing earlier just fine, however after completing the "Mindless Violins" Quest i crashed and ended up in this situation

If this is a Bug Please fix this soon i do wish to return to playing ^u^
