Quest Bug - "Worth your while"

Greetings,

This is the quest given by Silver Tongue from the Crystal Kingdom, requiring me to meet Starbust Nova in Cantermore to show her documents given by Silver Tongue.

However, I cannot give those documents to Starbust Nova. The quest marker isn't shown on her, and talking to her only results in her regular dialog being output.

This, in a more obvious result, ends up in me not being able to go on with that quest.
