Stupidly specific combat rules in RP. I mean stupid stuff like "In 757 type combat, you can only type three sentences. The first sentence has to be 7 words long, no more no less. The second sentence has to be 5 words long, no more no less. The third sentence has to be 7 words long, no more no less. If you do not do it exactly 7-5-7, then your post fails and does nothing."

Back when I used to RP fights, I pretty much ignored the existence of all fighting styles except T1 and T2. Those were the only two I considered to be legitimate, and I barely considered T2 to be legit.
T1 = Turnbased
T2 = Speed. Seriously. Type your action as fast as you can, then quickly try to enter the connect before they can type in their dodge or block or whatever.

T2 usually ended up like this:
person1: kiks u
person2: doj
person2: punch u
person1: blok
person1: thro u
person1: c'nex
I always considered it the most noobish way to fight, especially since some people became so smug about it and thought they were so pro when they would randomly start a T2 fight against someone who says they'll only T1 fight.

I considered T1 to be sufficient enough for a fighting style because the real skill in it is actually being able to think of how to defeat your opponent. You explain how you attack, you explain how you dodge or block, you just plain explain how you do your actions, and it's up to you to think of how to counter and react. There is no "You broke (insert stupid rule here), therefore your post didn't do anything!" If you defeated someone in T1, it actually felt like a real accomplishment, not an empty one due to typing the fastest shorthand or coming up with some stupid fighting "style" with arbitrary rules designed to help you win.

when, in a T1 RP, someone ignores the previous round's attacks.  I have to literally remind everyone how much damage they currently have and what they're able to do given that damage.  If you sprained your ankle, you're not running anywhere.

I lifted something wrong, in a way where I felt my shoulder blade grind against bone. It ended up hurting for the next few days and had a big knot under it.

I didnt do anything, sometimes it just hurts under my shoulder blade. My mom says thats the same place that her Arthritis gets her, so that might have something to do with it.
