A festival was happening throughout the town. The fillies and colts were running around with joy playing and laughing all day as well as the mare and stallions smiling at the silliness enjoying all the activities.
Due to all the laughter and happiness, plus the large amount of magic being used, the sky became charged with excessive magic. Unfortunately, with such a tremendous amount of magic gathered and used accidentally, it struck one pony and was split into four ponies. Here is their tale.

Lotus was pulling guard duty for the festival by watching wares of the ones who are presenting at the main stage. Currently he was watching some mages items. Suddenly some of them started to glow and hum from the excess magic from the festival
Hearing something happening Lotus looked around to see the mage whos st running straight for him yelling something at him but alas Lotus couldn't hear him over the loud humming that was around him. Suddenly a light flashed and left over was the now dusted magic item and four silimiar but different ponies. The mage walks over and asks "What happened here?!" The mage said as they blinked the light out of their eyes as they looked at the pony that was now four.
Lotus #1 got up. She had no idea what happened. When the Mage walked over, she said, "Why, I don't know what happen."
Lotus #2 groaned on the ground, belly up. "Someone hold the stars still please." He said with an English accent, sounding absolutely tortured as he held his hooves to his head, everything looking blurry as he attempted to blink the stars away. He grunted as he rolled over onto his forelegs, and he looked up at a blurry image of himself. He squinted his eyes at the image until it suddenly turned feminine. "What?"
Lotus #1 turned to see a male version of her, with a different cutiemark.
"Who are you supposed to be?" She asked, her wings flaring.
"Woh woh woh, Lady," Lotus #2 said, taking a step back from the pegasus. "What do you mean?" What kind of a question was that?
"Who are you?" Lotus #1 asked again. "Why do you look like me?"
"Why do I...?" He rubbed a forehoof to his eyes as he looked over the pegasus mare, her eyes gold, her wings grey, and her cutie-mark... His eyes widened in surprise before they relaxed immediately after. He grinned, an amused laugh nearly parting his lips. "Look, miss, I don't know who you are, or who you're supposed to be, but this place is not a part of the festivities. Now, I've got a job to do, and you," He looked her over once up and down as he walked over to where the mage was standing, "you're not supposed to be over here."
"Now calm down" The mage called there voice muffled by the robes they are wearing. "No need to send any one away. In fact I think all of you need to stay here until we figure out what happened."
The mage than looks at the dusted item scanning it with magic and than scanning the four similiar looking ponies.
Lifting her hoof up, Lotus #1 said, "Who are you supposed to be, and why are you scanning us?" While she put her hoof down, she looked at the other two. "And who are you two supposed to be, and why do you look like me? Except boys? And darker manes, different eyes, and different cutiemarks?" She said.
"Don't worry. Here read this it may be important. And as for why you all look the same Im looking into real quick." The mage said tossing to each of them random books.
Lotus #1 caught the book with her wing. She turned to the pony with the different cutiemark and asked, "So, what's your name?"
"Lotus Bellum." He replied, his eyes inpecting the two other look-a-likes. "You?" He said, now looking at her.
Spoiler: Gamepaw Wolf • show Name: Gamepaw
Species: Wolf
Gender: Male
Colours: General base fur colour is a dark Navy (#453b66), He has multiple patches of (#8c73c9), longer, fluffy fur (#765fa7) such as around his (#5a4e86) hind legs or his neck. (#816bbb) Which are multiple shades of lighter purple (#7062a7). On the tips of his paws and his inner ears he has a pale purple (bba6ff). He also has a dark to light blue gradient tail and mane. Which goes from the darker (#42459a) to the much lighter (#7d8df1). He also has light blue eyes (#74d4ff). His pawpads happen to be a lighter blue-ish purple in colours (#9d94fb).
Personality: Gamepaw is a fairly outgoing wolf, not to shy down from anything, bullies and the like. He however does not deal with heavy emotions well, such as not being able to control his laughing, or his sadness and will try to hide this. He tends to be kind, fatherly or loving, enjoying looking after young or other people he is fond of, will even put himself in the way if he sees something he doesn't like happening to another. He also tends to very food absorbing, commonly seen eating some sort of baked good, mainly pie as his favourite.
However as a feral or a pet character, he is fairly helpless due to his chubbiness getting the better of him, he can also be scared or become afraid very easily, due to his large weight and general helplessness if he knows something will happen and he knows he can't get away or escape.
Physical Description: A pudgy wolf by no doubt as his constant snacking catches up with him, but it doesn't cause him much of an issue outside of his feral/pet form. Comparatively being a lot skinnier than the four legged counterpart. He is also fairly moderate in terms of height at 94cm, around 3' 1" in his feral form. As a pet, he can normally been seen with a purple collar on, however it keeps having to be replaced due to his weight and size.
Short Backstories: (There are separate specific backstories for certain universes e.g Pokemon, Fallout)
Feral/Wild: Being a lazy wolf Game got chubby fairly quickly and failed at keeping up with his fellow pack, who had eventually disowned him and left him to his own devices. Being the slow wolf he was he found it incredibly difficult to keep himself fed, as all the animals were too fast for him. He eventually settled for mainly grown things, such as berries or fallen apples. Occasionally having to eat meat, the only sources he could find are ones he had to find already passed their prime or those that required digging up.

Game having got out of a bag of forgotten food, heard a commotion nearby. Normally he would have went in another direction but something about the commotion intrigued him and he waddled to the source, peering around a stand to look in.
"That's weird.. That's my name- Hey, wait a minute. Your an impostor, aren't you? That explains the similarities. And the different races." Lotus #1 said. She thought that maybe she should get back on patrol. "So, i got to go back on my patrol now, so see you guys later." She said, walking away.

"Alrighty then." Lotus #2 said, watching her walk away. "Huh." He gave the book a quick glance. 'Fore he looked up, and stared at the mages (mage?). "So... You're just gonna let us leave?"
"Not imposter, I assume but could be something else we not know."
An identical Lotus pony but with red colored eyes shook his head repeatedly in a daze came by 1 and 2. But by the time he was there he saw #1 leaving only to shrug.
Lotus #1 stopped, and turned around. "If we DO have the same names, best we give ourselves nicknames, right?" She said. She looked at her book(which is stopping her from flying away, for it is in her wing), and decided to read it. She flipped though he pages. As she read, she said, "Guess I'll be called, since I'm the only female version, Lady."
"Lady?.... :l" #3 said in a gruff tone and expression
"That or Mystic." Lotus #1 continued. She eyed Lotus #3 with a look >:/ .
"Mystic seems better"
"Alright, Mystic it is" Mystic said. She asked the Mage, "So, what are these books about?"
"I am quite sure i can track you all now essipically if what I think happened is right." The mage said to the male pegasus Lotus.
Turning to the one now named Mystic the mage replied, "I just gave you those to distract you for a second. Though you may learn something intersting from it depending on what book you recieved."
"So, wait," Lotus #2 stepped forward, "What happened to us? Or me? Or who we were?"
Mystic wanted to yell, "WHAT!!", but instead she looked at the book, (the title no where to be seen/the title written is some kinda code). "What's this one about?" She asked.
"For what happened I believe something here acted to excess magic or you were messing with something around here. Most likely messing with something. Other than that I don't really have a clue just theorys." The mage said thinking on what happened.
Turning to Mystic and looking at the code the mage says, "Thats a book on some temple or hidden treasure. Half of it is in runes like on the title and the other half is poorly translated. Good luck translating its mostly gibberish in some parts and cryptic in the rest."
"So... Is there a cure?" Lotus #2 asked, his golden eyes searching the mages' (Mage?) hooded features.
Among the many foals running around the festival was a certain unicorn filly. She had light blue skin, dark blue colored tail and semi-short mane, her eyes rather huge even for a foal and bright red. Like many other unicorns in the festival she too had her part in the exes magical energy gathering in the sky above the festival, but she was too caught up in fun to notice. She had a saddlebag strapped to her as she ran around doing silly stuff, enjoying all the wonders of the festival.
As the lightning struck she turned her head only to see 4 brand new ponies, she thought for a moment and gasped. "Those ponies are shooting out lightning!" she thought and stared at them for a moment "But why?" she questioned out loud, not even realizing. She nodded a few times to herself and sneaked away from her mommy, being as silent and sneaky as a filly can be to get close to the group undetected, investigating what she thought was a possible case of party poopers.
Lotus #4 was silent for most of the time, but also very very shy, like Marble Pie shy but a tad more braver. His mane was darker, like took a dust off dust and sprayed it on his name and tail. He can't figure out why other ponies look just like him, but one a female. He continued to stand there shy and listening in to what might be the coming source of whatever was going on.
Mystic looked at the book. "I'll try." She said, opening the book. Only few words were translated, just like the Mage said.

Game continued watching the ponies as his nose got confused, the wolf could smell all four of them however they all smelled the same.
This confused the wolf greatly as without looking directly at them he was unable to tell them apart.
After finishing that sentence, Aren fell silent as his eyes quickly shifted as if he was looking at something from the corner of his eyes.
"..."
Looking at a clock the mage says to the whole group, "You should all get going the festival is ending soon and the guards will come and make sure nothing will be happening with so many ponies here. But make sure to come meet me here tommorow."
The mage walks away seemingly disappearing around the corner.
Lotus #2 watched as he disappeared, a brow raised, his expression unamused. "Okay. Well. If I remember correctly, that pony was the last pony who's stuff we got hired to guard." He looked back to the three others, a look of unease suddenly plastered onto his face. "So, this means we're off for the rest of the festival. I don't suppose this means we're all going to the same place... Right?" He smiled uncomfortably at them all.
um... I... guess. We are quadruplets, right? I suppose we go around together. Guess I can have some fun. Just... a bit nervous is all. I'll try to have fun.
The little blue filly hiding behind the corner poked out her head to get a better look, hoping she wasn't noticed yet. She rubbed her chin and wondered, why do the ponies look all the same? She gasped out, muffling her mouth mid sentence "They're clones!" she quickly hid behind the corner with a sweat drop flowing from her forehead.
"I was talking about our home." Suddenly, Lotus #2's head snapped to his right, his ears pointing in the same direction he's looking. "Did you guys hear that?"
He softly responds shyly.
I... I think so. There's... a alot of sounds. I suppose its close to us?
Mystic had noticed a filly was watching, but then again, almost everypony was watching. When she quickly hid as their darker haired one said something about quadruplets, the young filly hid in the corner, so Mystic walked up to her, but not very close, not wanting to frighten the young filly, and said, "Why hello there, little filly. What's your name?"
With all her focus being elsewhere the little blue filly squeaked out with a cute high pitched voice. She turned her head to the pony speaking to her "H-Hi, i'm Blue." she waved her hoof nervously.
"Kukuku...So a filly has entered the vicinity." said Aren chuckling mischievously .
//I vote to kill the adorable thing. Dusk, Peacekeeper, quick! While she's distracted!
Lotus #2's alter ego: *Laughs maniacally* yes indeed, you will be blue! Hehheh.
Lotus #2 just watched on with a serious but soft expression as Mystic spoke to the small blue filly, him having heard Aren say something a little wierd, causing him to raise an eyebrow slightly at the other Lotus at some point.
The little filly shook cutely and made a step back, shifting her sight from one pony to the next. Even if the ponies weren't evil, sneaking around like she did was rude at the very least, so she knew that either way she's in trouble. Her breath was quicker with every passing moments, rushing ideas one after another, from the impossible to the slightly less impossible, she weighed her options. Quickly in her mind she went over the stuff in her bag: Candy, half empty water bottle, a sandwitch missing one bite which was supposed to be her dinner, a rope just in case and some homemade impact smoke bombs for pranks.

A few seconds of silence came from the red eyed lotus, Aren. From eyeing her, he knew that at this point the filly was scared. Taking advantage of this he leaned over close to her awaiting her response.
The large canine continued to watch as the small filly entered the group of the same smelling ponies, not really sure about them at all.
"Why hello, Blue." Mystic said. "My name's Mystic. These are my.. Um.. Friends, Aren.." She looked at the other two, looking at them, as if saying, "So, what are your names?"

The little filly took a breath and tilted her head, observing the suspicious ponies, but a lot less scared now.
Me!? Eep... I don't know what nickname to call myself. *says nervously* I know my real name is Lotus, so... um... I guss you can call me that until... I... come up with a nickname... I suppose.
He looks shyly, lowering his head, but looks to Blue then away then back then away.
//Aww Mystic to the rescue.
"You guys can call me whatever you like," Lotus #2 looked between them all, "kind of won't matter once we're fixed, which I expect would be tomorrow." He looked at the little blue filly, her small frame, and huge innocent eyes. "But uh... You can call me Liem... belo. Limbo. You can call me Limbo."
The little cute filly fixated her sight on the pony that spoke last. "Mister Limbo? And fixed how?" she tilted her head cutely. "Are you evil ponies trying to take over the world with evil clones?" she asked outright innocently and cutely.

Mystic, confused, said, "Well, we aren't evil, and we aren't trying to take over the world, but, in a way, we are clones, but with differences."
"kukukiu...maybe, as there could be one clone that aims to do so~ ovO" Aren emphasized
Mystic looked at Aren. :l
"Yeah..." Limbo scratched a hoof behind one of his ears as he eyed Aren with another raised brow. "Differences."
Game continued to slowly follow the strange group, waddling behind them as they moved. Normally he opted for staying in place, but for some reason he felt like he had to follow them.
(Maybe just to be included in the RP but who knows why he follows.)
I would never think of taking over the world. I am really not the kind to... To... EEEEEP!
He noticed a big fluffy wolf behind them and jumped behind the 3 Lotuses and Blue and peeps through to check what he wants.
Game froze, the ponies had noticed him and he wasn't able to escape or run away from them.
The little blue filly reacted to the squeak of one of the ponies, looking to the direction he was looking at, and squeaking out herself. She cowered right next to the cowering pony behind the other 3.
"What the-" Limbo's wings opened wide, and he took a step back. "What in Tartarus?!" His eyes inspected the chubwoof as it sat there, the wolf seemingly frozen, but after awhile, "You're... You're not another Lotus, are you?" Limbo said with a completely straight and serious face.
"Yeah thats a Lotus, a blue furry clone variation that is of complete recessive genes." Aren said in a snark manner
Game tilted his at being called a Lotus, he wasn't a flower, then tilted his head once more as the other pony seemingly strung together as many big words as she could fine, yet the wolf still somehow felt insulted.
"Huh." The wolf still seemed to be still just sitting there. "Aren, you could be right. We've got to bring this one along just in case then." He looked the Game straight in the eyes. "You hear that, wolf? You're coming with us."
The little blue filly poked her head out of the crowd "OH! Are we going on a field trip?" she grinned widely, totally forgetting about the wolf creature.
Game, knowing that he was physically outmatched and couldn't outrun them, decided to go along peacefully as he slowly waddled up behind them and panted along.
Mystic tilted her head, not knowing what they were talking about. The wolf didn't really look like a Lotus that much. Besides, they all have somethings in common. The wolf didn't have anything, probably only color.
"If the wolf WAS a Lotus, don't you think he would have wings? I'm mean, all of us-looks around- Some of us.. Are Pegasi. The wolf doesn't have wings. How are we sure that this wolf is a Lotus?" She said. (I mean, we gotta have SOMEPONY who disagrees.. Right?)
"To be honest with you, Mystic, I'm probably wrong." Limbo looked to the wolf. "But if that thing is a Lotus, we're going to need him." He smiled at her, "Besides, he's blue," he glanced at Blue, "like some other pony we know." He turned to Blue, his eyes softening a bit. "And um... Blue?" Limbo suddenly looked like he was possibly going to regret the next thing he was going to say.
Aren sighed
"You do...realise I was being sarcasti right? Its just a canine thats likely been domesticated like...Theres absolutely no way a predator like a giant snake would've over look that."
"Like I said, I'm probably wrong." Limbo said curtly, before his eyes returned to Blue. "As I was saying... Blue. We've got to go now, okay? Your mother and father are around here, right?" Limbo said, looking about.
The little blue filly smiled "Okay, lets go!" she said enthusiastically "Nah, my folks are at home, i'm allowed to go outside alone." she waved her hoof as if it was nothing.
"Uh..." Limbo looked to the other Lotuses, his brows raised.
Aren looked back at Limbo and back towards the filly/
"Even when in danger to...spoooooooky scaaaaary monsters or ponies? ovO"
So... um... where are going right now? We are just going to stay at the carnival?... with... everyone? Hopefully we arent with a bunch of others.
"Don't frighten the young filly!" Mystic scolded. She turned to Lotus, and said, " I guess we'll stay at the carnival, until the mage(s) come back. We all better stick together."
Aren shook his head while folding his arms.
"Tsk tsk...Forget that, I'm going other places."
"Hopefully you're just being sarcastic again, Aren." He looked him sharply in the eye, his voice normal, but with somewhat of a cold edge to it. "I don't know what I'd do if you left us."
" :]....."
There was a few second pause. Was this clone really bluffing or was he being serious?
He turned around in the opposite direction smirking and gave a wave as his horn was glowing. Soon after there was a bright flash giving the signals of a teleportation spell. After the flash dissipated, the clone that once stood there was not in the spot he was standing in.
This o_O left the lotus stunned, staring at where Aren once was. True to his word, he didn't know what he'd do if the pony left. He just stood there silently. But now that the pony had actually done it, "I think I'm going to kill him." He said aloud, turning to the others as if he didn't just say what he said. "We don't need all the Lotuses, right?" He asked them, seemingly in honest contemplation, before in the blink of an eye, he too disappeared, leaving behind a gust of wind that pulled at everything around them, blowing around debris and whatever that wasn't heavy.
Somewhere within the festival a shopkeeper shouted out in surprise. "Hey! You have to pay for that!"
The little blue filly folded her ears "Oh crab baskets..." she sighed and hid under the nearest cover she could find.
GAH!
Lotus jumped in shock and fear and turns to the pony slowly who said to need to pay.
I... uh... okay. Just let me get my bits out.
He checks around himself, but realizes he has no stash, wallet, or bag, which in no way would he be carrying money on empty sacks, or rather no sacks.
Uh oh. I got no money. Oh shoot this is bad this is bad!
He just stood there frozen not knowing what to do.
'Wheres the Mage(s) when we need him/them' Mystic thought. He sat down, and continued to read the book.
The mage hearing commotion out side walked out on the balcany they were staying in. Looking down the mage seeing Mystic, Lotus, and a little blue filly.
/ooc And then, time stopped for about a month or so, before Irroro decided to make the next post due to everyone not posting anything for about a month XP
Just then, an old red earth stallion with a green beard and eyebrow hair to match Starswirl's angrily marched up to Lotus then, before looking him up and down, eyebrows sharply raised. "Well?" the stallion asked.
Lotus goes down on the ground tilted and covering his head in fear.
I'm sorry, sir. I don't got money. I thought I did, but i don't know where it went.
"Don't know where it went, eh?" The shopkeeper narrowed his old, jade-blue eyes at the cowering lotus--specifically at his back--before he lowered his green brows, instead them having come together in what could've been mistaken as a unibrow. "Huh. You seem to be the wrong pony; You're missing a pair of wings!" He said, his deep voice making him sound incredibly wise for no apparent reason at all.
However, as he said that, he noticed Mystic at the corner of his eyes, and soon, an angry gaze fell upon her, and his brows lowered yet again. "You!" He pointed a hoof at the reading Pegasus. The old stallion marched right up to her, him being visibly taller.
"What?" Mystic asked, looking up from her book.
The stallion took a step back and blinked twice when he heard her voice and saw her face. "A mare?" His brows furrowed. "I don't understand." He scratched a hoof to the back of his green-maned head, and he turned about, his eyes searching above the many walking ponies around them before he looked back to her. "You haven't seen a stallion about your... Everything--" his eyes fell upon Mystic's shield and flower cutie-mark,"--minus the cutie-mark flying around, have you?"
"Oh, him?" Mystic said. "He went flying after a 'clone' of ours." She looked back down at her book. "Don't ask.." She continued.
"That's strange..." He said as he stared at her, his eyes creased. "One would think that when one of your 'clones' disappear, you would show a bit more concern! Heh." He sat his red flanks and strange, jade-colored dragon cutie-mark on a nearby box and looked at the two Lotuses. "You know, I could help you two find him."
"Weren't you the one asking us?" Mystic said, still reading her book. :3
I suppose we can all split up, I mean if he haven't alredy. This pony said tomorrow he may get us back together as one... but... oh dear this will be bad if we all can't find each other to merge.
Game had slowly continued to waddle after the ponies, still finding himself somewhat drawn to them for some unknown reason. Picking up little pieces of leftovers as he went.
(Maybe Game is drawn to the pones because there are 4 scents the same or because of the magic.)
"Yes, I suppose we could split up..." The shopkeeper stroked his grey-green beard with his right hoof. "Or," he suddenly lifted the hoof into the air, "I could use a tracking device to find him!"
With that, with a grin, the stallion hopped up from his box seat and ran through the crowd of festival-ing ponies, leaving the Lotuses and chubwoof behind--but not for long. Relatively quickly, the green-haired red stallion's head could be seen making its way back to them, before finally, "Behold! The tracking device!" The stallion was near Mystic again when he lifted up a gold amulet into the night air (it's night now, by the way ovO), it's shiny surface reflecting the lantern lights around them a peculiar snake etched into the metal's surface, its head one of that of a dragon and its body possessing clawed legs. Other than the amulets obvious worth, nothing seemed to give away the fact that it was a tracking device, other than the stallion holding it up, saying it was so.
"Well?" He looked at the Lotuses (and chubwoof) with a smile, his chest puffed out as if the thing he was holding up in his hoofs was some sort of trophy.
Well... looks um... like a medallion for when you win a sport event.
How does it work?
The stallion smiled a little wider at the question, and he deflated a little as he lowered the medallion to chest-level, staring at it intently in thought. "To use this medallion..." He trailed off, still staring at the amulet, before, "You have to be me." He said bluntly, still smiling. He looked to the Lotus's eyes, before turning his head a bit and looking at the ground. "So," he looked to Mystic before returning his eyes to look at Lotus, "ready to follow me towards your counterpart?" His smile became slightly lopsided as he looked at the two Lotuses with one eye from the side, him showing them slightly a few pearly white fangs in his jaws.
Mystic looked at the stallion, and closed the book she was reading.
"Sure, we would like to follow a complete stranger to find a pony we barely know but at the same time know everything about." She stated.
(Um.. Do we still have memories of our past selves?)
((You do have memories of your past self but its all a blur. Also a regulaur tracking magic or otherwise would be useless since it looks for something. If said thing was split it would find the nearest piece and unless that interfernce went away would continue to pointing towards the nearest.))

He follows along the pony with the amulet in search for the disbanded Lotus.
Mystic glances over the stallion's shoulder, and notices something.
"It looks like he is.. Right under Lotus?" She steps closer, and it changed.
"Wait, now he's.. Under me!? What the.."
"Your eyes deceive you, my friend." His smile faltered, it now being a barely noticeable frown. He lowered the medallion down from his chest and jerked it a little, a chain necklace looking of the same golden metal falling loose from the strange thing. "Like I said," he held the chain necklace above his head with a hoof. "You have to be me to use it." His smile returned, and he put the shining metal over his jade-green mane and beard, where it then proceeded to rest visibly upon his breast. "Let's get going then, shall we?" He then calmly turned about towards the thinning crowd, and, after he found an opening, he walked among them towards their destination. (Bye wizard pony on the balcony 0:) )
Mystic groans, and soars into the sky. She kept a lookout for the two missing clones.
Night fell upon the town, and the crowds minimized in number as the sun lowered ever more beneath the horizon, giving way the full moon and star-lit sky.
Lotus and the bearded shopkeeper now walked steadily through empty, lamp-lit streets, the red and green pony with his medallion looking on with a pleasant expression on his face as they approached their destination. Only a few groups of ponies here and there walked about now, many of them the size of their own; A group of three or four, and nothing more. The emptyness of it all gave way to the ambience of a night beneath the stars, crickets here and there making themselves known with their song.
"Alright. We're here." The bearded stallion stopped suddenly, and he turned about to look the two Lotuses (and perhaps chubwoof and others) in the eyes with his own.
Around them, there seemed to be just the street-lamps, the street, a few passerbys, and the buildings around them -- up until one notices the dark alley way to the shop keeper's right. "After you (all)." ovO he said before bowing with a grin and, with his hooves, gesturing to the alleyway.
Okay... yes sir. Um... just curious as to why you make the face? Well...
I guess I can just get that answer later... I suppose.
Lotus spoke shyly as he agrees to go in first through the dark alleyway, taking each step cautiously looking around in the dark.
Mystic scanned the area before flying down, following the two stallions. She then started to wonder. Would anything happen if we don't go back together? What if one of us dies? She shook her head, then continued.
The shopkeeper only stared, still grinning at the two (or more) ponies in his bowing pose before he stood up, again with a pleasant expression about his features, walking into the alleyway himself now.
As the group walked in, the alleyway gradually got darker. The light from the moonlit sky and street-lamps fading, as if they couldn't reach where they traveling to. Somehow, it had gotten so dark, that it was almost impossible to see anything other than the others in the group. They each were almost highlighted in the void of darkness they had walked into. Even the floor seemed to be invisible, though it felt as if it was the same.
Somewhere, up ahead, a figure could be seen.
It was a pony. He seemed highlighted like the rest of the group and in the void they were in, yet the pony--a pegasus--was under a lamppost, and the light from it could be seen from where they were approaching.
The light, however, only lit up the stone ground around the pony, the light forming an oval around the pegasus, who had his shiny, jade-colored back and wings turned to the aproaching group, himself seeming to sit there, staring at the void they couldn't see.
Everything about the alleyway--if they could have called it that--was completely silent, the hoof-steps themselves completely silent. Until-
"H-help."
The Pegasus spoke--no--roared. His voice echoed all around them, yet his body didn't seem to move, it just sitting there, like a doll propped up, back still facing everyone.
At this point, it seemed that even if the group wanted to stop walking, they were still going to approach the jade-colored pony, an invisible force pushing them along. Now, they were so close, that they could finally make out his cutie-mark--a sword and flower.
"H-help me." His voice sounded all around them.
Until they finally stopped, but they were now only a hoof or two away. But before they could say anything, he suddenly turned his head sideways, one of his eyes looking at the group, it no longer the pegasus's, but of a dragon's. "If you won't help me,"--his body lengthened and stretched--"I'll help myself." And suddenly the darkness about them exploded away.
And all that was left was a 50 foot Jade dragon in their midst, one that resembled a serpent, which had the audacity to deafeningly roar for a few seconds into the sky before looking hungrily at the group with glowing red eyes.
"Looks like we found your clone counterpart," the shopkeeper said, his face and voice unnaturally calm, before the dragon lunged straight for the group, it's gaping maw wide open.
Mystic ran out of the way pulling Lotus with her.
"What have we done to deserve this?" Mystic mumbled to herself, then said to the dragon, "I would help you if you didn't, oh I don't know, TRY TO EAT US!"
The dragon's jaws narrowly missed the two Lotus's, but as for the shopkeeper, he disappeared as the dragon rammed into the solid ground where the group was standing. The dragon didn't seem to care, however, and it reared itself back up to glare at the two ponies before it lunged again, jaws ready to snap shut around the two.
The mage curious as to where the missing Lotus was used advanced magics to see where they can be. Keeping track of the others as not to be confused on who is who ,the mage, than noticed something odd happening with the others.
Switching focus to the mystery the mage started to scry into where they are and possibly to see what the mystery was before flinching back in quick suprise as a dragon missed the two of the Lotus's and going in for the second attack. Before it could however the mage shifted the two some distance to the side of the dragon and begins working on how to get them out of the situation.
"Hold on!" Mystic said, grabbing Lotus, and was about to fly away, when they suddenly teleported, not to far from the dragon. They stood there, confused, 'till Mystic flew up with Lotus, onto a nearby roof.
The dragon snapped its maw shut around empty air, and it bellowed angrily as its glowing red eyes searched for its would be meals in the now broken alleyway below.
Game looked up at the dragon with intense fear, it's large maw able to eat something even as large as the wolf as if he was a marshmallow.
Turning to escape, the pudgy wolf attempted to run away but really only succeeded in a slow unsteady waddle. The wolf stumbled a few times as he panicked, knowing to a dragon he probably did look like a giant fluffy marshmallow.
"Not so fast, little Lotus." The dragon's voice boomed. It sounded like it had two voices, one of Limbo's and another of somepony else--that of a mare. "Don't you want to help me too?"
Indeed, Gamepaw did look like a giant fluffy marshmallow, a big, blue, juicy one, and it was only a matter of time before those red eyes fell upon that marshmallow. "Don't you?" it asked again, feigning sadness in its eyes, before it dashed forward and lunged at the wolf, making sure it wouldn't miss again, before it opened its gaping, salivating maw, fangs aimed at the wolf's entirety.
Game froze as the dragon lunged, his body didn't have the strength or ability to fight off anything more than a marshmallow itself. Luckily for the wolf, before the dragon got close the wolf had fainted from fear.
Before the dragon gets to the wolf the mage deciding the best current coice of action from the distance was a temporary age spell. Casting it the mage turned the dragon into a harmless baby for fifteen minutes.
Seeing the ferocious dragon turn into a "harmless" baby, Mystic picked up Wolf, and brought it onto the roof, though it was quite challenging. Mystic looked around.
"Where did the shop keeper go?" She said.
"I'm right behind you." The shop keeper smiled, looking nothing worse for wear and being exactly behind them. He walked calmly over to the edge of the roof, and he peered over the alley. "Your significant other, however," he gestured into the now baby-dragonless alleyway below with a forehoof, "seems to have moved elsewhere."
The shop keeper was right, as the baby dragon crawl/slithered away as soon as it hit the floor, downsized. "N-no," it hissed, its two-tone voice hiding nothing of the great hunger and desperation it felt. And as it crawled away, a green orb at it's neck pulsated a sickly green glow, one that was pulsing slower and slower by the minute. "I can't go back... No!" And with that, it disappeared around the alleyway corner, heading straight towards a building that smelled of baked goods and pastries.
"So.." Mystic said. "How are we going to find the other lotus's?"
"What do you mean?" The shopkeeper looked at Mystic, brow raised. "Other Lotuses? My medallion only ever tracked that friend of yours -- dragon, I mean. And right now..." The stallions eyes looked straight at a building across the road. "Your friend is inside of that bakery."
"Wait, so one of us got turned into a dragon?" Mystic yelled.
The shop keeper rolled his eyes. "Well, yes. I mean, it's not permanent, but yes. Anyways, don't you want to save your friend?"

Lotus just stood still frozen for a long time after that encounter. After finally settling down, he screamed like a mare.
D: AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!! How can that be possible? That can't be one of us, can it? I... mean... Oh dear... *Panics*
"Yeah, but how did he turn into a dragon? Which Lotus is it? I have many questions!" Mystic said, before flying down.
"Well...!" He yelled after her. "I don't actually know who it is," he muttered before looking back at Lotus and the blue wolf. "Coming along, you two?"
Game still unconscious from fear was behaving like a paperweight for giants.
Mystic looked back, and remembered something.
"Oh, right!" She flew up, and grabbed the wolf then looked at Lotus and said,
"Do you need a lift down?"
Um... Well... I can walk... I dont want to have you work twice. Thank you though.
"Ok" Mystic flew down, and put the unconscious wolf on her back. She followed the shopkeeper to the bakery.
(Sorry for the four-day late post, guys! I'd been having a bit of trouble trying to find the strength [and time] to get this one out there. To be honest with you all, I've just been making this all up as I went. XP And I kind of ran out of creative juices for my creation machine. Not to worry though! I will see this roleplay to the end. So, just hold on tight. This roleplay will be going, going, and going. Just umm... Wait one more day, yeah, guys? X3)

(Or two days. Two days or more. Gotta solidify the plot and whatevs. 0:) )
(("Solidify the plot." Ha! I made it seem like I was doing all the work there, didn't I? Anyways, made you guys wait long enough. Here it is: A continuation of what I was doing before! Because, apparently, me making this -- ahem -- us making this stuff up isn't a bad way to go, is it? After all, that's what we were doing in the first place, eh? (I feel so smart now. ^-^)
The bakery was a mess. Inside, the store had been ravaged not unlike how they would've been if they hadn't avoided the jaws of their dragonized comrade. Cake had been thrown about, bread broken, bite-sized claw marks lined the walls and -- luckily -- there a white-maned blue unicorn mare hid, shaking under a table, hugging the trunk of the thing like she was going to fall into a chasm of doom, seemingly unharmed.
The slim mare was staring, wide eyed at the new ponies who'd entered through the store's unlocked glass doors, still shaking. She had a blue and white cake for a cutie-mark, and she looked up at the shop keeper's strange medallion and chest as his hoofsteps reached her table. He leaned under and looked at her with a bearded smile. ovO "U-um..." The mare said.
"Uhp-buh-buhp!" The shopkeeper smushed a hoof to her lips. "We'll take care of it." He said with his deep wisdomy voice. The mare only hugged the wooden table tighter, his hoof still on her lips. The shopkeeper stood up to turn to (insert ponie names of those who followed them here :P) "So," he smiled as he looked (at each of them?), "what'll we do now?"
The colorful and well-lit bakery was strangely silent. Yes, it was absolutely messy, pastries having been dropped onto the floors from their stands, breads having been broken to little pieces, mixed with some of the cakes. The place that seemed to be the front desk where orders would be taken had it's things thrown about, leftover free cake samples from the festival included. The cupcakes in display in the glass casing under it covered the glass in chocolate and candy sprinkles -- but no sight or hearing of the dragoned Lotus.
That was, until the sound of a loud but tiny burp echoed from the kitchen beyond, the door to it slightly ajar, and the sounds of a thousand of pots and pans hitting the ground.
Game's unconscious nose subconsciously sniffed the air and the smell of baked goods reached him. The wolf promptly woke up and then promptly fell off the pony in surprise and landed on his back, wiggling his underused and somehow also overworked limbs in a vain attempt to get back onto his paws.
"Well, maybe we should look around." Mystic said. She turned to the mare. "If that's ok with you."
The mare shook her head up and down before resuming her shaking of herself and her hugging of the table, not once taking her eyes off the new ponies.

"Good idea." The shopkeeper then promptly walked over to a cake he'd been staring at for a good five seconds or so. He then lifted a forehoof, and he promptly stuck his hoof into the blue and white delicacy. He took it out, and, with an analytical eye, he looked at it with precision eye-aiming. Then, he stuck said cake into his mouth, eliciting a satisfied and surprised "Mm!" from the stallion.
The blue mare suddenly was no longer staring at the others; No, she wasn't. She was just glaring now. Yes. Glaring at the pony who dared further defile her--
"Ey, this cake is pretty good!" The shop keeper said, blue and white frosting now lining his beard and mouth.
"...Y-you really think so?" The mare suddenly said after a moment of silence.
"Yeah! Tastes sweet and"--he took another mouthful, his cheeks suddenly full of cake--"Ish goo!"
The mare was no longer shaking at that point, but instead she was smiling. Just a little, though. It looked a little bittersweet, but more sweet than bitter. She still hugged the table like it was her lifeline, however. But, at least now she didn't look like she was going to strangle somepony.
The shop keeper swallowed. "Ah... Nothing like a sweet night-time snack." He grabbed a nearby cloth and he wiped his beard and mouth with it.

Ouch. Well then, I suppose I will have to say farewell; Going to start another roleplay, you see.
