A block is placed at each team's base the teams much capture each other's block and keep their own to win! Only one team can rain victorious!
Survival:

Waves of zombies are after your brains! Survive along as you can, keep yourself armed and work as a team to open up all the rooms aim to last the longest and you your score on the leaderboard!
PvP Arena:
Player VS Player! Type /warp pvp to enter the arenas, fight each other in a vicious only one can survive!
Casino:
Type /warp casino to visit!
Fed up with your life?! A bad spending problem you cannot afford to keep up? Then the casino is the place for you!!! Come and gamble your life away! With a chance to win some money back!
The casino ranges in price from 25 - 50 - 100 souls. There are also prize slots you can waste your hard earned souls to earn special rewards and items!
Right click on a note block to spin the machines for a chance to win prizes and money!
Jail:
Serve your time! If you have not followed the server's rules you may be jailed as a consequence! The amount of time you are jailed for can range from 1 minute to 10 hours so play nice!
Or you can watch these filthy animals rot in their cells and throw rotten eggs at them by typing /warp jail!
Trials:
Type /warp trials to have a go!
WARNING DEATH WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF SOULS AND EQUIPMENT TAKEN

Mining Event:
Do you enjoy to Diggy Diggy hole? This event is the perfect opportunity to get some rare materials such as diamonds emeralds and other blocks and items. A room will be filled with blocks that everyone on the server is invited to come and mine at this colossal cube of blocks, the event ends when all the materials are gone!
Water Event:
If you enjoy the finer things in minecraftia join this event to search the waters for diamonds emeralds items be careful not to drown though!

Rank System:
The Ranking System is very easy and simple to understand once fully explained.
You start off as a guest to find the member sign, when found, you rankup to become a member. Once you become a member you are then able to leave spawn and explore the survival world that is, Eternal Dreams. Within the survival world, there is many ways to gather money, these are as listed: Killing mobs, Gambling at the casino, selling items to the shop, winning events such as spleef, hockey, and other events. Basically there is many ways to gather money, which we call souls. With souls you can purchase a new rank, which will give you new commands and boosts to help you in the survival world, and also some fun disguises.
So from the rank member, you need 5000 souls to rankup to active. Once you have 5000 souls and have typed in the rankup command, it will take away that 5000 souls from you and give you you're new fancy rank! Then if you want to rank up again, you will need to gather another set amount of souls to get the next rank, once gotten, yet again type in the rank up command, the souls will then be taken away and you will have your new and improved rank. This repeats with every rank, with the set amount of souls needed increased, as the commands, boosts and disguises become more powerful, handy towards survival and fun.

That means the server is disconnecting you most likely because of an error or because some plugin/code was designed to boot players off for one reason or another. You'll have to contact Lyra (give him your minecraft username) and see what the console says when you try to log in. It should say something if it's booting you off.
Thinking it's a plugin error because on account of the ridiculous latency issues I've seen trying to connect... everything was 300ms o.e
Speaking of Minecraft issues, I need to know how the heck to change my name so nobody's going to be reading my email account every time >.>
Is it possible you currently have a modded minecraft client, and or is it fully updated to the newest minecraft version?

I did some tests and I've come to the conclusion that your computer's firewall is blocking the server from contacting your computer. Firewalls work one-way like that and can let you tell the server you want to join, but block the server from giving you the "okay message". Temporarily turn off your computer's firewall and try to join. If you can join, it's your firewall, but if not then it's something else (remember to turn your firewall back on after the test!)

Do you use a custom firewall program? Antivirus programs may have their own firewall as well.
If you're using a completely new client, it has to be your connection, not minecraft.
I don't think AVG free even uses a Firewall... That I know of :U
like do you have anything like McAfee, because I would say maybe check all the security programs and turn each of them off and see if you can connect
Only thing else I have is Malware bytes and I never started that trial, so no dice on that.
There are no secondary firewalls on my system.
I've heard of AVG completely blocking programs from the Internet before if they weren't on the trusted list. And depending on what version you have it does have a firewall. Based on what I searched up. So that may be why it isn't working. But I'm not entirely sure on the firewall part but I have heard of it completely blocking programs from the Internet before.

It doesn't that I know of either. If you're 100% sure that you've completely disabled any and all firewalls on your computer and tried joining the server with a 100% newly downloaded minecraft client, then I'm out of ideas. Avg or something may be explicitly blocking minecraft from accessing the internet as well. I'm not familiar with how that works, though.

Well, forced out AVG, Turned off Malware bytes, Shut off my Antivirus, but still, unable to connect to the server.
And what do you mean by that, Trege? I did eliminate all processes accociated with AVG from my Task manager, didn't I?
Well I know that even ending Comodo's processes it still protects some files, I'm not sure how AVG acts as I've only ever used it once.
Antivirus programs are designed to combat viruses, which are as much programs as task manager is. If it was that easy for you to go into task manager and quit the antivirus, think about how easy it'd be for a virus to just go and disable it as well. This is why uninstalling or turning off antivirus programs are a pain. I'd recommend you use Process Explorer instead of task manager. It'd free and gives you way more information and freedom.

Three new events have been released today! You can enter them if you want to just message me or siori, we are currently have a build contest and pixel art contest. While in the area you will have creative mode, but you won't be able to leave while inside your build box. To leave the air you must simply just walk outside of your box then you creative mode will go away, and your inventory will be cleared. Do not enter the area if you have a full inventory. Next Weeks event are "Spleef, PVP, and Casino" So hope you're all excited for that! :nod:

You should get the official launcher. I don't know what MinecraftSP is, but if it allows you to play on servers that do not require an account by not forcing you to log in, then it shouldn't be compatible with servers that do require a login.

Minecraft 1.5 is out! But i suggest not updating to it just yet, as it takes awhile for servers to update to 1.5. :nod:

In the 1.5 update? Yeah, quite a few cool updates! When bukkit does update we shall be moving to 1.5 with a new nether even, they even added nether ores. :nod:

First time on the server in over 5 months :P

So, as someone who used to play on Travius' old server, are there any special mods I need to play, or can I just jump in with modless minecraft and have myself a good time?
No, we currently don't run on any forge mods. You can jump in on anytime without any requirements. Also in good news! I've added skyblock adventures to the game! You can start your island adventure by type /island and you can even invite up to two friends with /island invite playername.
I also organized each worlds inventories. This means when you enter another world such as the skyblock world you will have your skyblock inventory only, but when you go back to the world you where at. Your inventory will be fine, despite what you had in skyblock, and vise versa.
I've also added tons of skyblock challenges to entertain you guys. You may see all the challenges by typing /challenges and you can gain more information about each challenge by then typing /c challengename. Challenges will reward you on many things that will help you on your adventure and can even help you obtain items you can't normally get on skyblock.
Well I like this server , but I have had only one problem with it.
I feel it's a little unorganized which is normal for a server with so many fun events , but it is really hard for a player to actually have a grip on what he should do , and what events he does. Other than that I really like this server a lot.

Now that I'm done with the CustomRanks plugin, I'm starting work on a CustomInfo plugin so that if you're not sure about anything, you can just look it up. Hopefully that'll help.
Hurray! We now have 150 challenges in the skyblock world and tons of weird new features on them! So come and check them out if you're bored! Also i added all the updates i made on the server this week onto the front page. :nod:
We've been getting spontaneous bunches of players to join from recent posts in other forums, but the number of players we have on average is always on the low side. Lyra puts a lot of effort into the events and special features on his server so that we can all have a wonderful time. A lot of the features aren't as much fun, however, if no one is on to play them with. Please tell your friends about Eternal Dreams and don't forget to vote, which gets us more players and you special prizes!
On a similar note, I am working on my own brony Minecraft server, LoECraft, set in the magical land of Industria! It will feature its own custom modpack, plugins, and launcher programmed by myself! Well that actually fixed everything ^-^ . I'l be in the game in a second.
Are horses on the server?
Yessum. Shamefully you can only find them on the outer places do to the map being 1.4, but we also sell them at the shop for anyone who wants them. :nod:
