Screen that won't do anything

After I made my character, it goes to the loading screen and everything is fine, then it opens to a top view of the cloud city and nothing is there and I cant move anything. My character isnt there. Help?

Same problem here. Frustrating Ive been looking forward to playing for so long now this happens.  Just tested it same thing happens with all other cities.

Me too. It was working fine and then when I tried to go from Cantermore to Ponydale it started acting up.
How do I fix this?

I'll also say that it is happening to me. Cloud City looks nice though.

I have this too, but I didn't have it earlier and I haven't changed any settings since then. I have visited all areas earlier but now I cannot leave ponydale without getting an aerial view of wherever I try to go to.
