Title: steam summer sale 2012!
Post by: kremsly on 2012 Jul 13, 18:21:13
well its that time of year where our savings disappear in under 11 days
so, what have you bought?, what do you want to go on a sale? and how much do you have to spend and everything else about the sale!
i've already bought the binding of isaac and DLC all for £1.49!

Terraria for $2.50! I'm usually not interested in most Steam games, but I still usually end up seeing something I want during the big sales.

Hope you're ready to suffer thousands of deaths at the hands of a tiny fetus.  :]

Now I'm tempted to go back to that game and try to beat the dark world. I'm pretty sure that if I actually did that, though, the compulsion would pass in a few minutes  :x

I got the F.E.A.R. Pack because I'm a large fan of horror and shooter games. Oddly enough though only the first one seems to scare me if anything at all...
I also got Dungeon Siege 3 because the first two were my favorite games to play. It has severely disappointed me though as it just seems like everything about it you can play through sooooo easily and there's just no challenge to the game anymore.

Fallout 3 GOTY, Fallout New Vegas, Beyond Good & Evil, The Longest Journey, Terraria, and Machinarium. The entire total costs much less than just New Vegas alone would've cost when it came out...

Star Wars Knight of the Old Republic, Audiosurf, Simcity 4 Deluxe, Frozen Synapse.

Came to £9.80 in total, I gave myself £10 to spend, so I'm pleased with what I got.

Already owned most of the games I wanted that were on sale, roll on the christmas sale!

Oh, sorry, never seen a Mac in real life. :P

I presume thats the Mac equivalent of the Windows Taskbar? (Little bar that goes along bottom with start menu and icons for programs in use)

Are you by any chance in the GMOD 13 beta? If you just bought it and downloaded it (and updated fully) you shouldn't be. But the beta doesn't work in Mac yet.

Other than that I'm not sure, you could try a reinstall, or verifying the integrity of the game to see if all files are present and correct.

Counter-Strike: Source
Portal 2 (for only $5 during one of the flash sales!  :3)
Dungeon Defenders (plus a couple of the DLC's. I only got a $20 Steam card, if only I had gotten a $50 one, I would have gotten the full pack for only $14. :c)
