Soaring Bolt's So-Amazing-Life Story:
Soaring Bolt was born and raised in Cloudsdale.  As he grew older, he was already in the Royal Equestrian Air Force where he tried out for the Wonderbolts.  As he became a Wonderbolt, he moved to Canterlot to become rich and successful in recording rock music, and the airshows he hosted next to the Canterlot Regional Airfield.  He soon then moved back to Cloudsdale in a modern house that he made and designed using his Architecture skills.  Anyways, Soaring had another house in Las Pegasus where he stayed for his work, working at an Airbase testing wingsuits and equipment.  The name of the Airbase is classified, but it is located somewhere in the San Palamino Desert.  If you are one of the ponies at Appleloosa who saw triangular figures in the sky, and thought that was a UFO, that was probably him...  Soaring Bolt is in a band created by Cheese Sandwich called "Equestria Of a Down", as the lead guitarist.

Ok, so you say his life story is amazing or whatever, but you really didn't seem to put much effort into it. It just sounds like a bunch of random stuff you threw together in a rush, without very much detail. If you look at a lot of other good OC background stories, you'll see how they're not made up of just a few sentences but instead a paragraph or more. So I think by adding details and telling us more about who your pony really is, it would add a lot more depth.
