I started playing the game, but i just don't know what server is recommended even though i don't know which server is populated (compared to all other games with populated servers)

Does anyone else get the error "Couldn't parse server response" when logging in?
I tried it soooo often right now...
Is it because i'm on a Mac? Does Windows work better?

I created my character, clicked Play, and it decided to lag and just sit there with the loading screen. Well. Attempt 2 now.
