Resolved Issues / I cant move

When I get into the game I login get into a server and then I cannot move for some reason, the only things I can do are lock on, abilities, emotes, and friend book and the items on the side, but otherwise I cannot move at all and some other things I cannot do. Am I doing something wrong?

Can someone help me here? I downloaded the game for windows but whenever I get logged in and into a server (I go into the American server) I can only use the pen and can't move around. Am I missing something?

I downloaded legends of equestria for windows 10 but when I login and get in I cant move or do much of anything. am I Doing something wrong?
