Legends of Equestria Discussion / How to complete Glory Hog quest?

So I was doing the Glory Hog quest, the one where you collect 7 papers and there's still one thing left to do and it's to give Vogue his report back, now when I completed the previous part of the quest it said that I had to wait till Scribble does something or well something along those lines, in the meantime I completed the foal quests and became an adult and now the Glory Hog quest is unlocked and says to "give Vogue your report back" or something like that but I cannot find him anywhere, doesn't appear as a question-mark on the map either, help!
