Flying quests

Hi,

I've been taking quests lately to progress in game but there are flying " ! " in air which I can't interact with

I tried right/left clicking on them, touching it, staying on it for minutes and doing action on it, no changes
they're all in Cloudopolis

I suggest trying to get right next to / under the "!" and then jumping in place.
