Rehearsal Roundup quest bug

I partially completed the " Rehearsal Roundup" quest after I got several ponies the song sheets. however, several of the NPCs on the list when u spoke to them, it would not bring up any option to give them the paper. They still had the yellow "!" over them. the 3 ponies in the gym (catermare games arena?) would not give the dialog to accept the paper.

I when back to the original NPC for the quest and it allowed the option to partial complete the quest and get reward. I had 10 sheets left.  (i didn't realize that the mini map shows the yellow marks and thus where to find them..until after i had completed the quest)

The Yellow "!"  still remain on the several ponies I missed in the Crystal Kingdom despite the Quest marked as completed. BUg?

I'm trying to talk to Ground Pound but he doesn't speak back. He s the last pony j need to compllete the quest. His he currently glitched?

I have noticed that if u have accepted multiple quests that involve the same NPC's  there are issues sometimes.  I guess u have to do them one at a time or in some special order...otherwise the NPCs don't work right...or just stop working entirely.
