npc interaction bug

i have quests for gypsum (a book to far) and ground pound (rehearsal round up) but when i click talk nothing happens, loging in and out doesn't help ether.

It feels like an issue with the Rehearsal Roundup quest, because I myself have the same issues with Ground Pound & Gypsum, but now I also cannot continue with Luster's Metamorphic Ventures quest because Luster now also says nothing when I try to talk to him.
