An albino changeling. And kinda like Derpy, she has tiny wings that she buzzes around on and she can't change properly. When she changes she ends up the wrong colours of whatever pony she is copying (because she has a pigment defect) so when she changes in to my OC Sweet Roll for examle she looks kind of like this

Keep in mind that each of the keys they have found so far have a rainbow shimmer, I seriously belive what ever Rainbow power is it is held within the box. Just hope it is not a permanent change in color for the girls.

Notice that it's not even truly a rainbow, but rather a "rainbow"/spectrum made up of the mane six's coat colors.
Purple, blue, white, yellow, orange, and pink.

The thing is it is impossible to see during the episode without pausing just at the right spot, so no kid is going to see it any way.

Can you prove that it's not something that followed them from the cave? Can't it be something with peculiar body pattern? Or you are concluding because it slightly resembles a suit and a pony and want more fan service?

Well while your waiting for that, try not to be such a buzz kill for everyone else in the entire fandom that has working eyes.

So you're telling me the part that looks exactly like an ear is a suit? Yeah....no. If it was meant to be a suit it wouldn't have had the shape of an ear and maybe they would make the colour of the 'head' a different one from the BG. So far I see a black silhouette of a pony's head and a fandom that sees what it wants to see.

Well I think your the only one not seeing it. and you obviously have no consept of proportion or prospective if you think that is an 'ear'. It's too low down behind the bush to be an ear of a pony and too big to be the ear of anything small enough to hide behind that part of the bush. And the head is a different colour to the BG the BG is green for Celestias sake and the head is white. I have even had non-brony friends that have never watched the show and have no interest in it see my picture and say 'Is that slenderman?!"

I think this is one of those things where some people only see one part of it unless the rest is pointed out.
Right now, my brain is telling me "There's no way that white part was there before. That was just added just now."
I checked the gif again, and sure enough, it's there, but my brain is asking me "Where did that come from?! Since when has that been there?!"

I'm very confused now.

I did the same thing the very first time i looked at it, but after watching it over and over and finding it in the episode my self (i wanted to check it) I noticed the face. So now do you see Slendie?

Yep. I feel like a blind bat now, like when my mom asks me to get something from the pantry, and I tell her it's not there, only for her to find it immediately.

I know that feeling all too well xD
If you look on the middle pic posted by alexandas, It is a lot sharper and you can actually see some of the 'face' detail' if you look closely.

Yes that is because he is not part of the story, he will have been put in by the animators as an Easter egg for us fans to find. Something tells me they didn't know about derpy's wonky eyes ether at first. you see they listen to the fans. It's like they put Apple Blooms version of the twilight-licious song in the same episode.

I think the fandom is just seeing something they want to see.
They see a strangely-shaped silhouette hiding in some bushes, and think "OhmygodSlendermane!"
Show me a white faceless pony wearing a suit lurking in some bushes, then I'll be convinced.

For now, though, it looks like either a pony wearing a really weirdly-shaped hood and some object on their back, or some kind of weird mix between Deadpool and Candleja--
