I have a proven track record with moderation, administration and customer service. I always value being fair and that means not only fair in judgement but fair in dealing with newcomers to communities and some of the repetitive things that come with that. I'm not afraid of the responsibility that comes along with the job of moderating a user base and I work hard to ensure that I work towards maintaining a positive environment for the communities I am a part of.

If you feel you are able to improve the game in some way feel free to contribute. Besides needing to meet the application requirements of each team the game is an open project.
Otherwise this game is made by a lot of people effectively donating their free time to a free project and a lot of people are not even professionals in the fields or areas that they are contributing to in this project.
Also this game is still in pre-alpha. That stage of almost every single game ever made where optimizations are incredibly low priority for the developers as they want to fill the game with enough content to show the direction of the game. As long as things are coded in such a way that they are easy to improve at a later date then it does not really matter how inefficient the code is since we can improve it later. The game is not even out to play besides the rare open weekend that we do for the community.

The only thing that makes a bad OC is a bad backstory IMO.
Simpler characters need simple backstory, I believe you can have a character of any design, as long as the style of the character fits the personality and 'design' of the character it shouldn't matter if they a a black red tipped alicorn with lighting hair.

As cool as an RP server might be there would be very little difference between that and an actual server.
You can use party chat if you want to "Keep out the noise"
Also the biggest issue is it will not just be "one server" if we wanted everyone to have a decent connection we'd need at least three. America, Europe and Asia, and we don't have the resources for that.
The best idea is to organise an RP in the forums and then sort out your the server you want to RP on.

If I woke up as Celestia I''d promptly panic since unless it came naturally I'd not know how to raise the sun, then I'd promptly request Luna appear at my chambers and hope that she is in an understanding mood.
Then once everything was sorted if I had to remain being Celestia I'd learn everything I needed to to be a successful ruler and hope that I could live up to what Twilight saw in the previous incarnation of Celestia.
I'd also be a little morose that I'd not know where the real Celestia went, and afraid that I'd never be able to meet the expectations put on her by her ponies, without them finding out.
Then once everything was sorted if I had to remain being Celestia I'd learn everything I needed to to be a successful ruler and hope that I could live up to what Twilight saw in the previous incarnation of Celestia.
