Me and my friend will go see it either in theaters or shamelessly download it off the internet. We are both expecting at least SOMETHING from it. I feel like it's Alicorn Twi all over again and the subject is already calming down. I'm also not going to spout TRUST THE WRITERS in everyone's face. It's just different like Zelda 2. It may not be the same and likely isn't as good as a lot of the others but gets bashed so much that it's just plain stupid. I'll propably like it about as much as I do any Rarity episode.

I believe periodic events are something we've talked about in past livestreams. I don't think we really know yet what our plans are about things like that other than we'll probably have some eventually. We're still working on getting the game functional. Once we hit late-Alpha or Beta, we'll probably go more into detail about something like that. Of course, that is just as far as I know. If the design team has anything planned in this regard, it must not be important enough (or fleshed out enough) to discuss with the rest of the team yet, which means we'll all have to wait

When the game is on late-beta, will we be able to play?  I'm asking this cause one game I played let people play in the beta. And also, I came up with some good names for the holidays in the games. They are a little different. Here's a list of my ideas. (Not suggesting!)
Nightmare Night=Fright Night (Ponies dress in costumes and collect candy around Pony Ville)
Hearts & Hooves=Lovely Day (Ponies and their SSPs can hang out and have heart shaped COOKIES!!  )
Hearts Warming Eve=Snowy Celebration (Ponies celebrate the day a special unicorn invented snow)
Easter=Bunny Ball (Ponies wear bunny ears and find eggs hidden around Pony Ville)
Summer Sun Celebration=Eclipse Wonder Day (Just like groundhog day, ponies see on April 2nd if there is an eclipse. If there is no eclipse, snow will stay in Pony Ville for six more weeks)

Those are pretty good ideas. I like 'em.
Though, pfft, everypony knows a pegasus invented snow. /snowdrop Heehee.

I think you guys need to update the forum rules so just to clarify we can't use cuss words like "moose" or "moose", or even the dreaded "moose moose moose moose." It's just is so sad that Kit used that type of language on a forum that's supposed to be kid friendly.

An example of a good setting would be to have the characters not even go through into another world and just have it be its own seperate universe. Having them ponies at the start and enter into the human world is just so odd and so fanfic like. It will only be playable for the weekend that CG is running.  As this is the case, there will be no patcher system.

The download link will be on the download page when it becomes available. We might provide download links slightly before we open the server, to reduce load.

 

What would we do with the file after the weekend?
