Description: Mean, Cruel, and overall not a very nice pony to invite for tea, Shadow Mare hails from a faraway land where dragons and ponies live in harmony. As a Dragon Pony, she can use the thu'um, allowing her to use her own voice to unleash powerful effects. She can also use magic spells which she prefers Dark Magic. She left her homeland to explore the world and also to avoid the guards due to her getting herself in trouble with the law. She later stopped and opened camp in Everfree Forest...

Gender: Female
Species: Thunder Dragon
Abilities: Lightning breath, Teleporting Bolt
Description: Given to Shadow Mare when she was just an egg as every Dragon Pony does, Spark is a friendly dragon who has a heart of gold. Spark being a thunder dragon, Shadow Mare had planned to raise her as a letal attack dragon but due to Spark's loving and caring personatily, Shadow Mare decided to just make her be an assitant while teaching her to use her powers just in case. Spark would pretty much want to be friends with anypony and despite Shadow Mare's cruel nature, Spark would do anything she tells her and would lover her forever. Spark apparently has a huge crush on a certain dragon that lives in Ponyville...

















OC Name: Dawn Mare
Gender: Mare
Species: Dragon Pony
Abilities: Dragon Shouts, Light Magic
Description: Cool, gorgeous, strong, and pretty much better than you, Dawn Mare is the sister to the cruel Dragon Pony Shadow Mare. As for being a Dragon Pony, she is capable of many things like the Thu'um and magic spells in which she likes Light magic. Unlike Shadow's mean nature, Dawn Mare is pretty likeable but her cocky additude can be a problem when she thinks somepony is above her, especially other Dragon Ponies. She is currently hanging around Equestria to show off and to find her sister that she heard that she was around...

OC Name: Torch
Gender: Female
Species: Fire Dragon
Abilities: Fire Breath, Burning Dash
Description: Torch is the "tough as dragon nails" sister to Spark and belonging to Dawn Mare, Torch knows no fear and would stand up to anything even if something is too big for a baby dragon to handle. Torch can be pretty rude at times and easily say what's she's thinking about something like if somepony has a "weak name". She currently likes to bully around a certain dragon that lives in a library...

abilities: Dragon Shouts, Magic Knight
description: Knight Mare is the ruler of her homeland, Dragon Pony Territory. She is a sister to Shadow, Dawn, and Stryker Mare though she pretends that she isn't and treats them like a average citizen. She has zero tolerance for trouble and will quickly have her guards throw somepony behind bars if something upsets her. Like any Dragon Pony, she can use dragon shouts and magic and combined her skills as a fighter, nothing is impossible for her to handle: spell or sword and shield. She's not the most "fun" pony in the world. There's been rumours that Knight Mare has some form of Genie magic...

OC Name: Zephyr
species: Wind Dragon
Gender: female
abilities: cyclone breath, wind swap
description: Also known as zephyr the wise, Zephyr is Knight Mare's baby dragon and sister to Spark, Torch, and Chill. Zephyr is the most intelligent dragon between her siblings and also is kinda weird. She spends her time at Knight Mare's beck and call and at times goes where ever she wants as she would say "Go where the wind takes me". She also has though no pony believes her, to see into the future. A very mysterious youth indeed.












OC name: Stryker Mare
species: Dragon Pony
gender: Mare
abilities: Dragon Shouts, warrior
description: Stryker Mare is the lose cannon sister of Shadow, Dawn, and Knight Mare. She is the most physically powerful of her siblings but her skill at magic is not up to par to others but her shouting is as loud as ever. Stryker Mare is a macho head as she is always working out and would take on any challenge. She has skills with any kind of weapon and will use anything she could get her hooves on, she can even fight hoof handed and she'll still be a force to be wrecken with. Stryker Mare was a DPT guard before Knight Mare fired her. She currently works as a blacksmith. Oh, she's also a party animal.

species: Frost Dragon
gender: female
abilities: Frost breath, blizzard
description: If you thought Fluttershy was the most easily scared, say hello to Chill. She is the scaredy-dragon sister to Spark, Torch and Zephyr. Chill is virtually afraid of everything and when she gets extremely scared, she passes out. She spends her time with Stryker Mare so she feels safe though Stryker's explosive personality doesn't help. Chill tends to get colds from time to time when she's scared.










OC Name: Solemn Mare
species: Dragon Pony
gender: Mare
abilities: Dragon shouts, Master Sorceress
description: Solemen Mare is the Master Magic sister of Shadow, Dawn, Knight, Stryker, and Breaker. Unlike the rest of her family, she is a calm and kind spirited pony and keeps to herself to avoid conflicts so she can focus on her magic. She easily puts other dragon pony magic users to shame and might be just as good as a Unicorn. SM and DM hate when she's around...

species: Water Dragon
gender: Female
abilities: Water breath, healing aqua
description: Born for adventure, Marine is the action filled sister to Spark, Torch, zephyr, Chill, and Viper. No matter how dangerous the situation is at hand, Marine will always jump in head first despite her age. Marine will never say no if there's any kind of action. Even though she's Solemn Mare's baby dragon, she honestly can't stand another violin lesson...

species: Dragon Pony
gender: Stallion
abilities: Dragon Shouts, Tank
description: One of the toughest male Dragon ponies around, Breaker is the brother to Shadow, Dawn, Stryker, Knight, and Solemn. Breaker is capable of taking serious damage and retaliate with extreme force. He is a calm pony but he will become aggressive if needed. Breaker is also not much of talkative pony and you would probably not get much of a conversation with him. Was Dragon Pony Territory's former ruler untill Knight Mare took over...

species: Earth Dragon
gender: Female
abilities: Toxic breath, Big Boss
description: The self-appointed leader of the baby dragon sisters, Viper is the "voice box" for Breaker, commander of her sisters, and boss to others. Viper is not someone to anger as she will bring serious pain or have Breaker do it for her as Viper and Breaker are "One of the same". She decides what course of action for Breaker and her to take and keep her sisters and others in line. Torch hates her with an inferno passion.

*Zinrax visits her everyday causing great annoyance to her. But not her small dragon friend.*

Reason I created Bloodblade and all the servants with mary-sue-proportion combat skills and the Wanderer.  You can only have so many "bad guys" before the place starts to seem just about RUN by them.

Yeah, my ocs are pretty much inspired by the Elder Scrolls especially Skyrim.

All four of your OCs seem like they were specifically created for each other. Strangely enough, their chemistry together is based on contrast; they are polar opposites and yet require the other to be complete. The mutual dependency they have on each other does steal from their individuality, but they have good synergy when they are together. However, they pretty much always must be together.

Your characters are "dragon ponies" and assistances to those dragon ponies. I'm really not too sure how I feel about such a union, especially since nothing in the show suggests half-pony breeds of any sort. I'll have to give you the benefit of the doubt here, though, and assume such a breed is legitimate.

As characters themselves, I see nothing wrong with the material about them you provided, although I did note how brief your descriptions were. Of course, if this is exactly what you wanted to reveal about your characters at this point, I see nothing wrong with it.

Oh... you might want to proofread it a bit. "Additude" is not a real word. :P

I like Zephyr and Chill, because they're like opposites of their pony counterparts.
Actually if you ask me Zephyr might be a bit more fitting for Stryker mare and Chill for Knight mare. But don't change them, it's good like this too.
I like how Chill passes out a lot.

This is an amazing OC you've made Shadow Mare.  And it's great to see another Dragon-Pony in the fandom, usually it's bats.  I really love how you even have a baby dragon, not only that but another OC with a baby dragon.  Really awesome!

I apologize in advance for the long post!

You asked me to check out your OCs, so here I am! I hope you don't mind if I give a little feedback...

As a whole, a common theme I see among your characters is power. All of your characters possess otherworldly power that surpasses that of basic unicorn magic. These characters are used for roleplay (I'm guessing), so in a MLP roleplay, these character's power is far greater than anyone around them, giving an unfair advantage that borders on power-playing. And though I'm aware that dragons are generally bullies in MLP canon, you seem to have an entire roster of antagonists, who are all very powerful. That could lead to some problems, as those types of characters tend to be overdone and people don't take to them very well. However, I'm here to tell you what I think is great and what little things you can do to make your ponies 20% cooler!

Shadow Mare and Spark

Shadow mare is a good base character. Having unpleasant characters isn't always a bad thing like some people may think! As long as they're done tastefully, they're super fun to play! Shadow and Spark's pairing was an excellent choice, especially with Spark's light color scheme and good-natured personality. Both of their designs are akin to their personalities; dark and light. Spark seems to take Shadow down a notch, as Shadow is forced to care for such a kind little dragon. Spark is also kind, though is capable of defending herself, which is good; you don't want a one-sided character. The dragonpony's magic bothers me, because it makes them alicorn-like. They can fly and conjure magic, despite lacking horns or any other magic implements. Perhaps attributing dragon-pony magic to artifacts/wearable items that can be removed would be better, which allows for some sort of weakness and doesn't allow them to be OP characters. I think that can be attributed to all of your characters. Or, remove the wings on some characters and replace that with only magic; not all dragons can fly, Spike and your baby dragons being good examples! Also, the criminal-on-the-run thing is kind of vague... Perhaps the crime was not intentional? Bad guy are kind of overdone, and I think theres a lot of potential for Shadow! Good characters have layers of flaws, and if you incorporate that it can easily take your character from an 8 to a 10!

Dawn Mare and Torch

Having Dawn be a rivalling sister to Shadow was a good choice, it allows for a sort of ying-and-yang complex; the good and bad. Even their dragons are opposites! Again, opposite color schemes were an excellent choice and reflect your characters personalities. Her personality could use a little work though, just a little! She's "pretty likeable" but all of her characteristics seem to say otherwise.. And she doesn't have any flaws that debilitate her or really affect her in any way (she's bordering on Suedom), just some things to think about!

Knight Mare & Zephyr

Both very good characters! I like Knight Mare, her personality is well-rounded; she has reason for her traits that coincide with her profession. She doesn't let her blood ties interfere with her work. Having a wise companion was an excellent choice, as a leader she has to be informed. However, 'having someone thrown behind bars because they upset her' is a bit of a stretch; kind of makes her seem like a corrupt leader, when I don't think you intended for her to be that way (though I may be wrong). I'd love to see some backstory on her, could be very interesting!

Stryker Mare and Chill

Another very good pairing; I love, love, LOVE Chill's design. Placing a frightful character with a very capable character works very well. Chill has many flaws, though I'd like to see her with some perks as well! I think she really deserves some pick-me-ups, she's an awesome little dragon character! Stryker is also pretty well-rounded, and I like her lack of magic. The fact that she makes up for this in her own time by physically improving herself adds layers to her that I don't see as much in the others. However, I think you may have made up for her flaws a little too much. She's skilled with any weapon, meaning that she has practiced vigorously with every weapon ever designed. It takes warriors years and years to perfect their skills with merely one weapon... Potentially a lifetime! I would perhaps refine this to one or two specific weapons that greatly compliment her character, making it more believable! :>

Again, this isn't me saying 'CHANGE THIS!', it's merely my observations: what I like and what could be done to make your characters even better! :> I think they're all good, there's just some little bits that can be elaborated upon and improved! :>
