MSFSX: Leerjet 45 (I think, can't remember what it's exact name is.)
Orbiter: Ravenstar MkII
Kerbal Space Program: Any evil construct of fire and doom.

Started playing in the IL 2 Sturmovik.
Now I play in  War Thunder, and look to the Rise of Flight

I know one good flying simulator. But you aren't controling a plane, but a bird.
It's pretty fun!  The game calls Fly like a bird 3
