A friend of mine can't make an account. Please help.

So it says everything went fine on her end, but she never got the Email to confirm the account. She is 100% sure she put the Email in correctly.

I believe that the forum's email services are down due to heavy load.
If she's registering to play the game then she can with the inactive account. As for the forum, I think she'll have to wait for a bit and ask the forum to resend the email.

Thanks for that, Remedy. She did say it was probably because the forums were so loaded, and she did try logging with with the inactive account with success a few minutes after I posted this.
