hello, i just saw this night a NPC "Ponydale Guard" (lvl 50) running like it had about 5000 movement speed, walking thier waypoints rapidly fast, after the server restart it was fine again, but still it seems like a bug for me, you should take a look on it

It happens all the time. It's amusing to watch. :P
It's a bug caused by regenerative aura being casted on the guards. It's best to avoid doing it since it can cause issues with the server until the next reset
