"Is not a valid name" Error

After the Dispatcher of the Europonia server was shutting down it now tells the player after character selection that the name I had before is not a Valid name.

can you Please fix this, i want to play:

The ONLY thing I wish is that STAFF WOULD SAY ON FORUMS WHEN THEY DO MAINTENANCE SHUTDOWNS!!
