((into the tree...as it.. smashing into it? ))

(( Maybe I should have worded that better. He ran into the tree head first, crashing into it. The tree doesn't budge. He just hit his head really hard on it accidentally. ))

Lary felt dizzy as he sat down. "That's it. I give up."
His expression was completely lifeless.

Parfait shook her head and walked over to him and spoke more gently. "What isn't right?" She rubbed his head where it hit the tree. "You don't actually think I'd believe you're a lost cause, right? I don't think you actually want to die alone. No pony would want that. If you would only tell me, I could help."

Moonbeam gasped and rushed to his side, "Lary, are you okay..?" She smiled at Parfait's words.

[Rad Thunder]

((my internet decided to up and quit. Posting this from my cell phone )) *sees Lary run into the tree* "I still don't get all this... "

[Lary]

Lary stared at the tree, emotion voided from his face. "Maybe one day. For now. I give up."
He hung his head down in defeat and despair. "Moonbeam... take me home..."

Moonbeam sighed, she helped him to his hooves, "Can you walk? Would you like me to carry you?"

[Lary]

"... Carry me... please... I don't have the strength... or motivation..."

[PrincessParfait]

Parfait patted her head and nodded. "Okay. I won't forget."
She looked to Moonbeam and smiled sadly. "I'm sorry. I'm not much help to you. I try.."

[Rad Thunder]

"Was it coincidence that he tried this after I proposed to Parfait?"

Moonbeam lifted Lary onto her back, folding her wings back to hold him while she walked, she turned to Parfait and smiled, "You did help, thank you.. My name is Moonbeam by the way." She extended a hoof, while balancing Lary's weight on the three remaining.

"Was it coincidence that he tried this after I proposed to Parfait?"

"He won't tell us anything about why he's like this.." She frowned again.

[Lary]

"I'm... sorry... if I hurt you..."
He passed out on her back from severe mental exhaustion.

"Well if he's gonna get any real help, we gotta get it out of him soon..."

[PrincessParfait]

"Parfait." She shook Moonbeam's hoof and returned the smile.
"Bye Lary..."

Moonbeam sighed and nodded, "Well I better get him home..." She started off when she realized that she didn't know where he lived. Looking around ponyville as she walked, hoping for a clue to his house, she didn't find one. Moonbeam sighed again and headed to her own home. She brought him inside and laid him in her bed.

"I hope she can handle him. We had a hard time keeping him in check back in the desert..."

[Flamestriker]

"I might as well go home..." Flamestriker said to herself, "I hope I find my special somepony...."
Flamestriker looked at the sky, then flew back home.

[PrincessParfait]

Parfait nodded and kept her head hanging low, her mane covering her face. She sniffled a bit. "It hurts when he tries to kill himself. And it hurts even more that I can't help him."
