Moonbeam awoke the next day and decided she wanted to try to be brave, and tell Lary herself. She made her way out of her house and toward the park to look for him.

Lary is lying miserably on the park bench.

*thinking* (When should I do it? I want to right now, but the moment needs to be right, and special at that, if I just show her this...)
*suddenly fumbles the ring and it falls through the cloud and to the ground* Ack! Nooo!

Moonbeam's eyes light up when she sees Lary, she walks up to him with a smile and says "Hai Lary."

"well... It's not like we can force him..."  she waited a bit and continued "if we could convince him, it would be better..."

He's probably asleep.. she thought. Walking closer Moonbeam poked him.  "Lary? Hey sorry I had to go earlier, I was meeting Nala and didn't have time to..." she trailed off.

*Rad looks down from his cloud trying to find it, but to no avail. He sees Moonbeam and Lary below*
Hey! Have you two seen a ring down there?!

Moonbeam looked up at him, "A ring? No sorry.."

"I think he just needs to meet you first. He has no idea who you are and doesn't see any reason to move in."
