Also, it's SUPER cheap, $3.40/lb(454 g), where a 500g pack of good bacon can cost you around $6..even the PC bacon(The bacon used by Epic Meal Time) costs $4.99 a pack!

I just finished making what normal people would call a bacon cheeseburger.

I call it Bacon strips topped with a cheeseburger, protected by a kaiser bun.
Naturally that indicates I used the bare minimum number of strips per double cheeseburger

The vegetarian bacon strips need to be fried first in oil( canola, vegetal, olive, I don't remember which one exactly) to get that shape, u need to fry them again normally like meat before you eat them, I think that's what they mean by "fat", tough I was a bit confused too why they will put that, those are made from soy( tofu,tempeh) so they have no true "fat" and no cholesterol as far as I know.
