White Lightning and Rocket Grace

I haven't had time for any RPing in a while, but I figure I'll post my OC's here just in case the occasion arises.
Some beginner information first though, My OC's don't know each other (despite being depicted on the same canvas from time to time). Additionally, if anyone finds themselves interested I think its good information to know that I RP in a very novel structured style, in that, paragraphs, proper punctuation and grammar are used.

White Lightning
"Nah, it'll be fine."

If you were to ask somepony, one who knows him or sees him often enough, they may agree that Lightning could be described as care free or casual, and note a certain confidence in his stride, Very down to Earth - For a Pegasus.
His friends would go on to call him fun loving, light hearted and "One of the Good Ones".
With his quiet confidence and "Never Have Doubt" attitude, there comes a certain dynamic that makes him easy for other ponies to look up to. Though he is no leader or center of attention in his own mind, there is still an undeniable way about him, some unspoken charisma that comes from his untroubled outlook.
Typically, to his way of thinking, he only does what needs to be done, when it needs to be done - He just does it very, very well.
On that note, its no secret that this is one pony who can get a little cocky. Though, its usually at least marginally deserved, and almost always in good fun. This nature in his attitude is largely reminiscent of this days as a younger colt, when his veins were filled with fire, when he would never turn down a competition, when he'd strive to be the best at anything he could and live for the sheer challenge, personal notoriety and bragging rights of being the Pegasus on top of the world.
Its rare even now for him to resist a challenge when one is issued, though, he indulges for different reasons than he once did - less for the purposes of boasting and more to prove himself that he still has "what it takes", to remind himself of simpler times, or even for the thrill and fun of the venture.
On the job, his work encompasses many aspects of weather, though his main area of expertise is in storm clouds. While working with storms, he is seen to be a different pony. He knows the dangers of storm clouds and lightning when one doesn't take care with them. Additionally, his love for this aspect of his job ensures that he spends as much time as it takes to get it right, as best as he can.
Other aspects of his work are subject to slacking for any reason he can think of though, especially if and when boredom sets in, but with his passion, he is starkly on top of things.
Lightning has always had a thing for storms. To him, building them is a work of art, each cloud a masterpiece.
When a storm is on the horizon, whether his own creation or otherwise, he is calm and somber. Filed with a light anticipation both quiet and still. These are his favorite times.
Some joke that he has a sixth sense about lightning bolts, that's not far from the truth. He seems to know the timing, location, arc and type of bolt in his vicinity, right down to the air molecules that surround them.
While it may just be his intricate knowledge and studies, when asked, he will divulge that he can sense the positively and negatively charged molecules as they draw nearer to one another, creating a perfect mix for a white hot flash of light.
While he can't explain exactly how, he has theorized that this phenomenon came to him from the very lightning bolt that struck him, giving him his cutie mark all those years ago, and that since then, over time, bolts of lightning in the distance have become more and more noticeable to him, in a different way than usual.

Appearance;
White Lightning's coat is a very light brown, and he sports a shaggy mane and tail that are colored as a dark blonde, bordering on brown. His cutie mark is an encircled, single, simple white lightning bolt. Additionally, White Lightning has a Wing Speed of 12.2.

Rocket Grace
"Its hard to find words for something that's faster than sound."

A bit of a rowdy firebrand and, at times, a loose cannon, Rocket Grace is typically found to be rough, jagged, sarcastic, and bossy.
To friends who know her and have stood by her in spite of her notorious attitude, she isn't everything she appears to be on the surface, however, most of her true compatriots will identify that these qualities seem to be the result of a defense mechanism, that she's simply keeping everypony else at bay - though, for what reason remains uncertain, She simply exhibits some small hint of untrust. To most, this filly is standoffish and unfriendly, this is due entirely to the tough front she projects. While some very few would give her the benefit of a doubt, it could be argued that Rocket is just a genuinely unlikable pony.
Some have joked at her personality as a direct reflection of her name, and that she is "With a Rocket's Grace", direct and quick in nature, often with devastating results.
Accompanying these qualities, Rocket is also known to be very loyal, caring and genuine, quick and to the point and above all, a very straight shooter, so to speak. Though these qualities are more admirable in most cases, they are often overshadowed by her gruff outward nature and due to this, they go largely unnoticed. It has been agreed upon, however, that if she were to nurture these more positive qualities above others, she would be a natural choice for leadership.
Rocket's Idea of a good time is with her friends. During these times she seems happiest - and the most rambunctious, often sharing in loud laughter, and general carrying-on. She is definitely one for a good time, indulging with her group of comrades any time the occasion occurs. When left to herself, she can be found sitting quietly, lounging alone with her thoughts, and silent reflections. Often times she has been found to be exceptionally approachable and at times relatable during these times of relaxation.
When confronted, or when she feels someone has slighted her, she immediately sees herself as an unstoppable force, not to be challenged, and this school of thought is bolstered with a stubborn pride that often gets her into some conflict or another. Even so, she is rarely in over her head. She may be loud, brash and cocky, but more often than not, she can back herself up using a certain rough and tumble nature that matches her attitude and help from a Wing Power of an astonishing 19.0.
With this mention, it stands as its own point that Rocket is a very fast flyer, she knows this and most who have seen fit to challenge this know it as well, but its not a thing she boasts about. She has always had a natural aptitude for speed and flight, even learning to fly at a very early age. She sees it as a gift, she enjoys it, and as such, believes that its not something to be bragged over. This thought that she maintains is in contrast to her typical outlook and attitude. As such, she reserves herself as a speedster, but almost never goes around making boasts or challenges.
Rocket doesn't speak much, if at all about her childhood, even to her friends. The very few who've heard anything of the filly's home and family know little more than that she didn't know her mother, and that her father, as she tells it, was a great parent, and a wonderful stallion. This is an ideal that she will, and has physically fought to maintain.
