Introduction: In the far West of Equestria is a place of secrets and old traditions, dating as back as the founding of Equestria, perhaps even further. A place where six villages guards the secrets of the land and follow their traditions. But now an ancient evil has finally awoken from its deep slumber and now threatens the world. With the constant threat of a civil war, the once peaceful villages now seeks help to quell the awaken evil and disband any rebellion before it is too late.
Edit: You may now type in your character introductions if you'd like. And party requirements has been reduced to a minimum of three members.

In the heart of several Equestrian cities at once, a mysterious black stallion trots around. He yells out, "My village is in danger of being destroyed! I need help to stop this catastrophe before it has a chance to affect the world as a whole. Any pony willing to stop this menace before it is too late can come to me. I'll be waiting."
Meanwhile at the Crystal Empire, the Griffon Kingdom, Saddle Arabia, Dragon's Lair, and even in several changeling hives and colonies, the same black stallion has been spotted yelling out, "My village is in danger of being destroyed! I need help to stop this catastrophe before it frees itself and destroys the world. Any one who is willing to stop this with me, I'll be waiting here."
But who is willingly enough to answer his call?

"Sis.. You really need to control your magic.." A tired stallion said.
"Sorry? =3" A spirited, young mare replied. She had a little soot on her yellow coat and her orange glove.
"By this rate, it's a wonder why anypony offers you a job." He said.
Lets say I'm right next to Aqua
"I guess. Hopefully we can succeed," I say, totally unsure about what's gonna happen.
Close to the three, a black stallion, with eyes of dark red and mane of white and grey wearing a black trench coat, slowly walks around the village, yelling out, "Any pony out there, I need help! My village is in danger of being destroyed. A dangerous creature is about to be set free. I need help to prevent this catastrophe before it frees itself and destroys everything it sees, including my home. Any pony who wishes to stop this menace, come to me. Please."
Lunar turned to see a black stallion yelling for help. He shrugged him off, thinking he was just joking. Aqua, however, believed his crus of help.
"Let's do it." She said.
"What?"
"We have to help him!"
"WHAT?!? Aqua, he's just telling that story to get attention. Trust me, I-"
"No, Lunar. Trust ME." Lunar rolled his eyes, and walked up to their house. He noticed a paper stating he needed to pay his rent bills. He looked at his bit bag, seeing that he had barely enough bits to cover it.
"... Fine.." He said, grudgingly.
I don't know, but I think I have to do this.
I walk towards the pony who needed help. 'Am I really supposed to do this?' Part of me thought, but I kept walking. 'Hope I can trust myself.'
I walked until the black stallion and I were face to face. "I'm happy to help whenever you need it." I said.
Aqua and Lunar walk up to the stallion, as well as another pony.
"Excuse me, sir." Lunar said. "How can we help?"
The black stallion turns to look at the three standing before him. He stares for a moment before moving his hoof over to the coat, pulling out a scroll. Before he attempts to open it, he says, "The village in which I live is to the far west. If you really want to join, pack up whatever you need and come back to me. I have a spell that can get us to our destination. There will be another pony there waiting for you to act as your guide. He will give out further instructions. Do you three understand all of this?"
"Yes sir!" Aqua said with pride. Lunar just nodded, then they went inside their house to gather a few things. Lunar got his sword, and Aqua got a saddlebag.
"Yes, sir." I said. I walked back to my house and got:
2 books
A pencil to write with
A sketchbook
Water
A warmer
A coat
A scroll
Food (because it'll look weird if I didn't bring food)
A staff (for magic use),
And my silver star pendant. I pack all these things in my saddlebag, and soon walked out of my house to meet with the stallion again.
Looking out onto the forest of the town Essence started to think on what she would need to gather for her potions and powders. Sighing at the thought of needing to go into the caves she pulls out a stick of honey from her bag and starts nomming on it.
A large black stallion, with eyes of maroon and mane of white and grey, walks towards the town until he spots Essence. The black stallion, remaining ever so calm, walks up to Essence and asks, "Excuse me, I am looking for volunteers to help stop a menace from escaping the confines of its prison and destroys everything it sees, including my village. I would like to ask if you would join and help us seal away this disaster?"
Looking at the stallion in silence for a bit thinking on what to tell him. After a moment Essense tells him in hopes he would have or would travel along a path with rarer resources than what could be found around. "Wether I would join you or not depends on what resources you are able to provide me. After all I am a potion and specail dust maker."
The black stallion stares for a moment before answering, "Raw ingredients and plants? I do believe the surrounding area near the village has plentiful of them. I do have to consult with a pony to allow it, but I can make it happen. Does that mean you will accept my offer?"

Back at Aqua and Lunar's village. The black stallion waits patiently. He sees one of the three approaching. He soon begins the preparation for departure.
"So.. now we just wait for the others?" I said. "The name's Nightshade, by the way."
He nods in response to Nightshade's answer. "Yes," he says. "We will wait until the others are ready for departure. Then we will depart in an instant to our destination. There, you will meet the guide who will lead you where you need to go."
"Okay." I think about how he said "instant" and what it meant. Then I realize.
"Instant, meaning you're going to use a spell to ship us off to wherever?" I said.
The stallion looks at Nightshade and simply said, "Recall point."
Then he looks down, indicating the scroll he has in his hoof.
"Oh." I said. I look around a bit like a man on a mission.
"I suppose than I shall help. But first I need to close the shop down for a bit or find a replacement for the time I will be gone." Essence tells the stallion as she starts to think on what would be the best course of action.
Aqua decided to "quickly" grab a few snacks. She took awhile to decide which snack she should bring(explaining why they took so long). After a couple minutes of thinking, Lunar grabbed her buy the hoof, and dragged her out with nothing.
"Sorry about the wait." Aqua said. "I WOULD OF got snacks for us all, if SOMEPONY didn't drag me out.. <_<" She looked at Lunar with an annoyed look, Lunar doing the same, but more intimidating. she immediately regretted her desision. She looked back at the two ponies.
"Anyway, we're ready!"
The black stallion looks at all three and nods his head. He opens up the scroll and, in an instant, a large magic rune circle appeared below them. A flash of light begins to envelop the group into a ball of light. Suddenly, both the circle and the ball vanishes from the town.
In a forest West of Equestria, a ball of light appears and then dissipates, releasing the group from the teleportation spell. The group appears to be at the forest border near a mountain range. The black stallion begins to walk towards the mountain. There, sitting near the base is another black stallion with the same mane and eye color, even the same wardrobe. The black stallion says, "It is done, Emural. I have brought the volunteers as you have requested."
"Good," says Emural. "You may go and join the others now. I'm sure Galiant would be pleased to see you."
The black stallion nods and a crimson flame engulfs him, revealing himself as what appears to be a crimson changeling scout drone with a crowned head. With the changeling's wings ready, he launches himself into the sky, flying over the mountain and out of sight. Now the one called Emural stands up and beckons them forward.

The black stallion nods in response to Essence and waits at the spot.
Essence find her sister to take care of the shop. As well as gather what she would think would be important for a trip. After double checking she proceeds walks outside to wait for the stallion.
The black stallion walks up to her and says, "Are you ready to begin?"
As he spoke, the stallion pulls out what looks to be a scroll from the black trench coat.
Sighing Essense says "Sure lead the way"
The stallion opens up the scroll and the spell immediately activates, engulfing the two into a ball of light. The ball disappears, leaving no trace.
In the forest, a ball of light appears next to the first group and dissipates, releasing the two from the spell. The black stallion, Emural, looks towards the new group. The black stallion walks towards Emural and says, "I brought in a volunteer."
"Good," says Emural. "You may join the others whenever you please."
The black stallion is engulfed in a crimson flame, revealing to be another crimson crowned changeling. He extends his wings and launches into the sky. He soon begins to fly over the mountain and out of sight. Emural then beckons Essence to him.
I gape at the changelings, think about whether I should reveal my true form or not.
Only in front of ponies who understand, I thought.
"So," I said shyly to the black stallion, "Where are we going?"
Emural looks at Nightshade. His face showing nothing, not even a hint of emotion. He says, "Through the mountain. First, we gather."
A closer look at the Emural reveals that his partially covered cutie mark seems to be glowing a bright blue color. And, unlike the changelings that disguised as him, he is carrying two full saddlebags. After Emural gets a good look at Nightshade, he speaks again, in a more lower tone. "You do not need to wear a disguise. You are among allies," said Emural.
Essense watches as the one stallion changes and leaves backing up from this new stallion. After being a good distance she says, "Who are you and why are they leaving?"
Emural turns towards Essence and replies, "I am called Emural. A chosen representative of my village and contractor. I am also the village's guardian and magical detector. As for the changelings. They are returning to their leader and to resume with their duties. You could say I borrowed them to bring you and the rest of these volunteers here."
"Okay," I whispered back, making sure no one hears but Emural. "I'm just waiting for a right time to do that." My eyes flash violet (my eye color) for about a millisecond, then revert back to normal.
"I was under the impression I was helping the other stallion...changling.." Essense said with annoyance at all that was happening.
"Yes, the ones that carry my form." He says.
Emural reaches into his saddle bag and pulls out a green tome. He opens it up and flips through the pages. As he skims through the content, he says, "I suppose it is a sort of annoyance. However, it is irrelevant to know whether or not it bothers you, for each of us has a duty to perform. Especially at this very moment."
He stops at a page and reads quietly the words, "langdistanse telepati."
The tome begins to glow and Emural closes his eyes. A few seconds later, the glow disappears and he opens his eyes. He looks at Essence and says, "It seems the one who met you agreed to give you access to the valley's local fauna for your potions and special dust. I am of position to give you exactly that access, but it is the village in the forest that can give you exactly what you need. For they are plentiful in many such things. Including those found rare everywhere else."
Aqua was excited to see changelings, for she had never seen them before. She took a step further, only for Lunar's wing to block his path. He didn't trust them or the stallion, and on.y showed that slightly.
"So.." He said. "What exactly are we up against?"
Emural turns towards Lunar and says, "If we do this correctly and efficiently, we will only face a rebellious group of ponies whose selfishness would dare threaten the entire world. If we don't, we may be facing an even larger threat than what is currently present. At that point, I would have to give my life to prevent it from going too far."
He looks down at his book and asks, "Does that satisfy your curiosity?"
"If you only need to face a group of erronous ponies why didnt you and your 'recruiters' do it than?" Essense said in an annoyed tone. Getting the feeling it wasnt just a group of ponies ahead if these others were also recruites as well
"There is a large shield around the entire temple, exactly where the rebel main headquarters are at. Only the rebels can go in and out of it and almost all attempts to break the shield has been futile. We can't even go underground. There is only one last chance to break the shield and that is to retrieve the blessings of the Six. Since I am a representative and a contractor of one of them, I already obtained a blessing. What mystifies me is that other five have yet to choose a representative or a contractor, even a temporary one. That is why I sent out these 'recruiters' as you say. To find temporary replacements for each of the five or at least to find out why with some new perspective. Mine isn't enough," said Emural as he closes the green tome.
Maybe your to lazy to do it yourself.. Lunar thought with a grudge. Last time he believed a pony's lies, he ended up in a pretty bad situation, and almost lost his parents. He didn't want that to happen to Aqua. But, he pretended to believe only because Aqua did.
"Do you know who created the shield?" I asked Emural, after a few moments of silence. I kicked a pebble on the ground, watching it tumble across the grass.
"The shield was created by a former follower of Solaris and Lunaris, a rebel who caused us so much grief in the past when he decided to join the two false gods. He is known as Head Priest Vinder. He was suppose to be exiled from our lands, but we found no sign of him until that shield came up. This former cultist rebel now leads the current rebel forces and has taken control of the temple. Fortunately, he does not have the six blessings required to open the vault doors containing the unstable power. However, I fear that he may try something more destructive to open the vault doors. Only the six blessings can break the shield and reinforce the vault doors. Though I have sent out scouts to find you all, you still have doubts. If you wish to leave, I will grant you a passage home. But I will not guarantee the safety of your homes or your lives once that power is released," replied Emural.
"Well, get us on the next train home." Lunar said.
"Lunar!" Aqua said.
"What, I was just joking. You know, haha?" Lunar said, lying. Aqua rolled her eyes, and said, "We will happily protect the vault with others."
Emural stands up from his spot and calmly says, "Before we begin the journey, you must first recognize the two other factions helping us. You have already seen members of one of the factions, however, a formal introduction should be needed."
Emural looks towards the rock and the bush. He says, "You may now reveal yourselves."
The bush burns a crimson color, revealing one of a Crimson Crowned changeling. The rock burns a violet color, revealing a violet colored changeling with amethyst platting on their bodies. Emural turns towards the volunteers. "May I introduce the representatives," said Emural. "The Crimson Crowned Changelings, Vector, and the Violet Amethyst Changelings, Erund. These two will represent their hives until we have reached our final destination. From there, they will join their fellows once their assignment is complete. Introduce yourselves or do however you please to become comfortable around them. They will not harm you."
Lunar pulled Aqua back a bit, not trusting the changelings, but she pulled back, and walked up to the crimson changeling.
"Hi, I'm Aqua Fire!" She said.
Vector, the changeling representative, bowed his head in greetings to Aqua Fire. "Greetings," He said. "I am Vector, the changeling representative for the Crimson Crowned Hive. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance."
"Um.. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance, as well." Aqua said, bowing.
"Greetings, Vector and Erund." I said. "It's a pleasure for you to join us. My name is Nightshade."
I bow a bit. Wonder if I could work with them.
Erund and Vector bow their heads towards Nightshade. Erund replies, "I am Erund. I am the chosen representative of the Violet Amethyst Hive. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance."
"Vector and Erund believe that the best way to communicate is through formal discussions. As representatives, that is very much the case. Their hives have maintained a very friendly relationship with the Six and have involved themselves in our once private affairs. They know exactly what happens when something in the valley goes awry," said Emural.
"That's cool." I mutter under my breath. Then I speak louder to the changelings. "It is delightful to make your acquaintance, especially with your great abilities." I let out a hoof. "I hope I can help too."
Erund takes her hoof and shakes. He then lets go and the two changelings looks at Emural. "When you four are done becoming comfortable with the representatives, meet me by the boulder," said Emural as he points his hoof towards a rather large boulder surrounded by white flowers.
Emural walks over to where the boulder is and sits down just near the flowers.
I sit down, knowing that it's really just a quest. Then I move a bit closer to Emural, for no apparent reason.

Aqua went to go socialize with the others, when Lunar stopped her.
"You sure you want to do this? We could get hurt. You could get hurt." He whispered.
"Ponies are in danger." She whispered back. "Do you want them to-"
"We are in danger of going on this quest!" He interrupted, still whispering. Silence between them followed.
"As long as everypony is safe, we can go. Until then, we help." She whispered back, walking away. Lunar just stared at her. He then sighed, and walked along with her, but when this thing was done, they would leave, and return to their normal lives.
