My happy thought today.
I'm happy that I can think happy. It means that things are not of gawd awful to the point where my happiness is being intruded upon by negative or sorrowful thoughts.
The very fact that I can think happy and realize when happy things happen is something to put a euphoric bliss on.

Today's smile is brought too you by the letter "Mewb"
I love it when a pony you mildly know comes up too you and says "HI!!!" This pony you've only met maybe once or twice mildly through a friend or random encounter is using their free time and energy to start a conversation with you.
Lets be honest here this pony seemed like a fun personality or just one you really liked and never quite had the right chance to express the emotion or you're just partly shy and fund yourself always backing off. So them coming too you causes the reaction of " OH MA GAWD HI THAR!!! *tackle hugs*"
And they friended happily ever after~

Know what annoys me? Being annoyed.
Sure there are a ton of things that can annoy a pony but just the fact that something so irrefutably stupid just happened to summon this emotion that feels rather bad and is defined as such by those at the current moment.
Its like being punched and then a ghost fist is right behind that fist to hit you in the same place while you're still flying through the air from the first punch. Only the ghost fist decides stays with you for a while.
Derp.

HAPPY THINGS!
I love being to see something and making a thing with my rad skillz that can't pay no billz. Then sharing it with the world. The world is all "sup dawg" and I'm all "I DID STUFF!!! *throws a thing in the worlds face*" and the world is all "*knocked out*".

Information doesn't just up and jump into ma' BRAIN! I have to spend time and effort and energy looking at this thing and thinking "squeak squeak squeak squeak."
I could be spending that time effort and energy on better things, like watching poorly made youtube videos.
Instead of reading the advanced theorems on quantum mechanics... Pffffft

And what about the frozen vehicle doors. This behemoth has been with me through driving adventures that would kill a tank 10 times over. We were unstoppable once. Add .5 nanometers of ice and BOOM!!! complete shut down. Even worse if you don't have a remote starter to warm it up before you spend the next hour playing archeologist trying to chisel out your frozen treasure.

My faaaaaaaavoriate game character is the best one of all.
myself/yourself. Love rpg games and the ability to be all "yeaaaaaaaaaaah, this is my adventure (whose story was written and determined by a company and group of people I never met in my life.)
A lot of those games where you made yourself were some of the biggest definations of own that I ever had. and contained the most feels. This could include some mmo's BECAUSE I ACTUALLY BOTHERED TO READ THE LORE/STORY!!! only some, very very very few mmo's.
For your sticklers out there here is a secondary list of made characters.
2: Handsome Jack: He was an awesome villain in borderlands 2 up until the point where he killed bloodwing. Then he just became this really jerky douchebag with less witty but still entertaining satire
3: Tiny Tina: Cause Tiny Tina, Nuff' said dawg.
4: Ellie - Last Of Us: Little girl survivin in this messed up world. You put on a tough front but that fear comes out. Yet you never let it stop you.
5: Amaterasu - Okami: Thats one badass wolf yo. traveling around with a giant mythical sword on your back. breakin' all the rules. Entering human society frequently LIKE A BAWS!!! and being treated like an equal. You even scoff and growl at villains. I want to growl at mean people.

Know what gets me? People that complain about being tired and have no reason to stay up.
I ask them why they're up they say "I dunno." I ask them why don't get sleep and get some lame "I can't excuse" where if they're as tired as they say they are it'll be easy and 5 minutes later they're slumped over whatever they're doing snoozing like a babeh.
Then they have the nerve to complain about being tired at whatever they do during the day and having suffering performance. whether it be school, work, playin' games because they aren't in school anymore and got no work. When its obvious that they would have been find if they went to sleep 3 hours earlier when they started complaining about being tired. Fully knowing they have work or whatever the next day.
And oh my GAWD? DON'T TURN IT INTO THE MAIN TOPIC. Its like listening to a stoner or drunk talking about how high/smashed they are only its a bajillion times less entertaining. Then other tired people join in and there's this tired club complaining about being tired for the next 3 hours while they all sparatically fall asleep on each other.
I also don't like daddy long-legs... creepy things those are. Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah~

So to roleplay is to play a role. But then i get there and things and tight and stuffy and not me and I freeze and I gotta do this thing to fit this place and lets be honest it wouldn't be roleplay if I was playing myself. Nervousness more freezing followed by me telling a story at my storied self inside the story that is roleplay and its all STORYCEPTION!!!
Then I calm down and realize that I already have such an unusual way of talking that nobody takes me seriously to begin with. So I play me and everyone is all "mm mmm MMMMMM!!! darn gurl you gots such a good kharacter." and I'm all "dood I wasn't rollin' with no play, ya dig?" and wind up becoming queen of the rp'in community in my sector.
Be yourself. You're normally goofey enough to pass as 2-3 other people. Just avoid using terms from the world you currently inhabit called "real" and never roleplay because those ponies are dead serious and will rip you a new one if you said somebody instead of somepony.

Welp. Here are my two bits on a subject I an im no way qualified to chime in on. *Puts on smart people glasses*
Ponies are inherently magical creatures in a magical land of MAGIC. The very being of the cutie mark is born from that magic. Its like manifest destiny. The guiding hoof nudging them onto their special bruhaha. And as we've all seen on the episode where the cutie marks of 5 main characters were switched. The marks are very VERY!!! compelling to the point of changing lifestyle and goals literally overnight. SOO MUCH MAGICS!!!
Where ponies are bound by a kind manifest destiny edging them towards what they're good at we as non-magical non-ponies with our oily skin and dull hair color pallets have a "fate is what you make" thing going on here we can totally choose something and define ourselves by it but then switch things up over a given period of time without being messed up.
If you were to instantly become a pony from being a non-magical creature one of three things could happen.
1: You are already so super and special and everything loves you and fate is kind and the magics invade your body and just unlock everything you're inclined to do.
2: The magics unlocks a latent ability in yourself and you must discover what your thing is before you get your mark. Things will just be belated too you since you've got a late start
3: You were a non magical thing thrown into a world of magic in a magical body that your mind may not fully be compatible with. you have a 20% chance of option 1 or 2 happening too you and may wind up with one seriously messed up mark looking like a classics artist went ham on your flank. Congratulations your new messed up mark now compels you to new heights of "oh gawd what derp derp derp" and you become the first of the new derpy master race.
Then again you could just as easily get thrown into a black hole if we're breaking down reality and crossing into different dimensions here.
