Legends of Equestria Discussion / Can't equip Bat wings on my pegasus.

So I finally got my flying talent mark after waiting for so long for the quests to be available. Now I have a different problem. I was able to equip my Bat Pony wings before but now when I try they just pop right back to my inventory. I have tried clicking them and clicking "wear" I have tried dropping them on my character. They just pop right back to inventory. Anyone know a workaround for this? 
Any assistance would be appreciated. Side note, I can equip other back items just fine like the Bare Bones Body Suit.
