Anyone else got a problem with "downloading game files" error when logging in? Comes up with a list and the only item that's finished is "Item Atlas".

This should be the solution for at least Windows:

Delete all files in Users\(your_user_name)\AppData\LocalLow\LoE\Legends of Equestria\data

The contents you delete look like this:



Then you just run the game.  No need to uninstall, reinstall, redownload, reextract, reetc. 

this doesn't work either ..I don't have those contents

My problem is I keep getting the download game files message, and nothing happens. I had created a new account, maybe hopefully, that will get me into the game. This is so frustrating.

There should be 'LoE-Windows_Data'
folder next to the executable

I just get this error when I klick on the desktop icon..I have to search the game in my folders ..there is no error idk why

I can't seem to find it in my folders though. I get the error when I click on the .exe

hmm ok then I really don't know ..sorry

I keep getting this error too, I hope it gets figured out soon..

I only get this error when I click on the icon on the desktop..but when I search the game in my folders it works ...maybe try this?
