As we all know, Equestria is a big place, and in it is a wide variety of interesting characters, settings, and creatures. We also know that Equestria is a magical place full of wonders and things that have yet to be explored.
Sure, ponies like the Mane 6, Daring Do, and even the CMC, go on adventures through these unknown and forgotten places, discovering things beyond imagination. But what about the commoners; what about YOU? What would you do if an adventure was placed before you? Would you go discover the secrets that have yet to be found? Would you be able to face the all of the dangers along the way, or would you turn back?
Now, you may think highly of your abilities; you could go it alone, but every being in Equestria has their strengths, but they also have their weaknesses as well. What would you do if faced with a situation that you're unable to handle yourself? That's where others come in. You will probably want to gather a few others to journey with you to avoid any issues along the way. With this said, you also must remember the fact that has been proven time and time again: Friendship is Magic[/I].
Even with friends by your side, you will face many difficulties and struggles. This is why you need to know your own strengths and limits. If you push yourself too hard and end up down, you are no use to anyone. If a situation is too much for you and your group, don't hesitate to run; it's better to run and be able to learn from experience than it is to be put in harm's way because of disregarding one's boundaries.
With all of this still fresh in mind, what will you do? Will you just sit around with things out there waiting to be discovered? Or will you answer their call and venture to uncover them? [I]The choice is yours.[/I]

A light brown peryton trotted around Everfree forest humming to herself while looking for something to eat. She couldn't find any food and sighed, ' i might as well go to Ponyville... ' she thought while heading out of the forest.
Steam loved the wind rushing past his ears, the air nice and crisp in his longs. Spotting his destination, he started to ease up, his snowboard cutting a line in the mountains snow. As he came to a stop he stepped of the board and strapped it to his back.
On the outside rim of the Everfree Forest, Rush sat in one of the trees, watching the random random ponies come and go from place to place. He sighed to himself and thought, [I]'If only I could have been a part of that... Oh well, no need to dwell on yesterday when today is already here.'[/I]
He continued watching, oblivious to the things directly around him.
Maplewings flew into Ponyville getting weird looks from other ponies. Maplewings bought an apple and flew back to Everfree.
Seeing the strange being go to and from Ponyville, Rush tilted his head.
[Color=gray]"Huh. Never seen that type of creature before."[/color]
Maplewings soon lay down and ate her apple, she then saw a mouse scamper. Well its not as good as fish but it will do.. she thought as she clamped it in her jaws and ate it whole. Feeling full, she sat under a tree and daydreamed.
Rush got tired of watching the townsfolk, so he proceeded to hop from tree branch to tree branch rather quickly until he reached the tree he called "home". He lied down and sighed quietly to himself, before slowly drifting asleep.
He walked into the cave, the mouth overlooking the nearby town of ponyville. The cave continued back, getting more and more narrow until, just around the bend, a red painted door came into view. Opening the door steam entered his house, the inside was well furnished with several doors leading to different rooms. (Think of a hobbits home, but a little more technologically advanced, he has some steam powered technology, it is his name after all). Laying his board by the door, he went to check the fridge.

Maplewings started to sing, she had no one to sing to so she didn't care if she messed up, no one was listening to her. Right?

Rush's eyes opened slightly as singing filled the area. He sat up slightly, listening curiously to the new sound.
'Im out of food already? There is no way its Steele, he doesn't need to eat.Guess i have to go into town.' He decides to leave his snowboard and just fly there.

Rush sat quietly on his branch, listening to the song.
As he flew steam heard someone singing, he paused to listen for a minute.
Promise that you'll always will be there, hold my hand whenever i feel scared... she continued singing Help me stand up tall if i- she stopped. She felt a presence nearby, she looked around frantically.
Curious of both the origin of the singing and why it stopped, Rush peered down.from his branch to the ground below.
The abrupt stop set steam off, it showed that the being that sang either heard him, or another.
Maplewings stopped looking around and sighed, her song was about her father and didn't like to stop singing. Maybe that was a mouse... she thought as she continued singing. Help me stand up tall if i fall down, make me laugh all day, on my bluest days. She looked down How could you promise that you always will be there,why'd you have to go away somewhere? Every morning into every night do you watch over me like the sun in the sky? Am i all alone or standing in your light? I wish that i could... maybe, sing you a song, tonight. she finished the song and sighed.
The song itself brought steam happy thoughts, sad that it ended steam remembers that he was out to buy food so he continues into town.
Rush finally spotted the singer of the song, but by that time he had leaned too far over the branch and lost his balance. His hoof slipped and he came crashing down to the ground with a loud "THUMP!"
Maplewings startled by Rush shrieked, she quickly flew behind a tree, practically scared to death. She looked at Rush W-were you listening to me? she stuttered.
As he flew he heard a thump and a scream, sighing he flew back to see if anyone was hurt.
Rush sat up, rubbing his head.
[Color=gray]"Yeah..."[/color] He said as he looked towards MapleWing.
Why were you watching me... she said syly while looking down. She was never social type and maybe never will be.
Rush chuckled slightly. [Color=gray]"Because I live up in that tree. I just so happen to hear you when you started singing. By the way, that was a beautiful song."[/color]
Maplewings starred at her hooves It is, The song is about my father... she said nearly a whisper

Electrical sparks emerged next to a stack of books, setting the library ablaze; the sparks were closely followed by the Transportal. Doomato jumped out, eyes groggy. Seeing the fire, Doomato rolled his eyes and continued to get a cup of water inside the library. Fire started to spread even further as Doomato left the tree. He stood outside, slowly sipping the water as the entire tree was enveloped in fire."Let's just say that Twilight did it." Doomato trotted through the market. There were faces everywhere frozen in horror, staring at the burning tree. "Too bad that Equestria hasn't established a fire fighter system!" Doomato chuckled, without a care in the world.
Maplewings paused for a moment, sniffing the air, her deer ears were twitching, so was her bird tail. Fire? she said while quickly flying out of Everfree. FIRE! she exclaimed, she thought of what to do Fire will destroy you.. her fathers words rang in her mind. She quickly gathered up a few clouds over the blazing tree, the light brown winged deer jumped on it several times causing it to rain. The fire was quickly put out.
Doomato looked up in curiosity as the crowd cheered, it was a brown deer with wings standing on a cloud, "Another species for me to research in Equestria!" He cried to Maplewings, waving his right hoof, "Zeeblezooble to you! Zeeblezooble is my catchphrase! It's actually more of a catchword!" Doomato smiled, cheerfully, "If it concerns you, the fire was caused by Twilight!"
Oh, i bet it was an accident Maplewings said shyly as she flew down to Doomato. Im Maplewings, whats your name? she asked while smiling.
"If I told you that I'm called Doomato, it would cause a missile to fly to Celestia's castle." Doomato said sarcastically, "Too bad that it was a joke, I hate Celestia." Doomato still maintained a joyful grin.
Stepping off of the train, the black and white pony adjusted his glasses and looked at his notebook, refreshing his memory on his mission: secret, of course. Not even he could know anything. Hmph. I'd presume Princess Celestia has a goal in mind, but it must be said, it is unwise to keep it from me. He mumbled to himself, stepping into Ponyville proper.
How come you don't like Celestia? The brown winged deer asked. I thought every pony loved Celestia

Sitting in the shade of a nearby tree, a shady figure in a full body cloak that concealed all of his features watched the interaction from affair. He had done his fair share of adventuring across both Griffonia and Equestria, but he had seen nothing like this. Watching and waiting, Melchiorre simply observed.
The tree set ablaze once more, even more ferocious, Doomato looked at the fire and back at Maplewings, "First of all, don't extinguish an electrical fire with water. Second of all, Celestia treats her sister like garbage, she's also stuck up and she lies about controlling the sun." Doomato replied, still not caring about the fire, "Good thing were at a safe distance, Zeeblezooble." Doomato smiled.
Maplewings just shrugged I guess your opinion is yours i guess. she said not noticing the fire.
"I could grab a fire extinguisher from the Transportal if it made you feel any better." Doomato said, trying to make sure she didn't flee. Doomato never met anything that looked like that, "Hmm... What species are you, I've never seen your kind in Equestria." Doomato asked, examining her with a conveniently placed magnifying glass.
Maplewings eyes widened. Oh well I'm a peryton. she said while smiling Im kind of like a rare species around here.
Doomato threw the magnifying glass into the fire, "Wait a minute..." Doomato squinted his eyes and his face cringed, "Why didn't you ask what a missile was......... OH! Who am I kidding. Equestria hasn't even discovered science yet!" Doomato laughed insanely. Doomato managed to calm down, "A Peryton, eh? I'm ex-human, ex-pony, ex-human, ex-pony and so on!" Doomato shown Maplewings a silver cuboid looking upwards with a pyramid on top, "Now onto Zeeblezooble. This is the Transportal. The device I made to come here. It's colossal on the inside, believe me!" A green portal projected from the tip, "Jump in, IF YOU DARE!" Doomato galloped straight into the portal.
Melchiorre arched his eyebrows a bit at the mad pony as well as the peryton. At least Maplewings was believable, Doomato seemed to be the kind of character that was not just one card short of a full deck, but had in fact lost all of the cards and had replaced all of them with hoofball cards and was now attempting a poker game with them. That was all up until Doomato projected the portal, and suddenly things became interesting. Standing up he watched Maplewings, ready to follow her should she decide to follow Doomato - not that he didn't think she could handle herself, but neither did he think leaving her alone with Doomato was a good idea, either.
Maplewings shook her head but followed Doomato into the portal.
"OOH! Another person for to show around the Transportal! My name's Doomato, Zeeblezooble!" Doomato put his hoof out in front of him. They were in a silver room with flashing lights and buttons in every corner, there was a console in front with a green screen and an office chair. A camera came down from the ceiling and a female voice projected from the camera, "Visitors I presume, Doomato." It was the Transportal.
Taking the opportunity, Melchiorre as well entered the portal. Coming out on the other side, he searched for any place that he would be able to hide, if possible.
Steam watched Doomato and two others enter a portal.
'Ex-Human huh, i wonder if he has meet Zander...... but i have a feeling Zander hasn't been to that dimension yet.'
He had been exiting the store with all of his newly purchased food, when he heard Doomato.
Doomato heard hoofsteps behind him as he held his hoof out at nothing. He turned around to see another pony scuttling on the floor, "Zeeblezooble! My name's Doomato and welcome to the Transportal. Nice to meet ya'!" Doomato held out his hoof to help Melchiorre up.
Cursing under his breath that he had been spotted, Melchiorre extended a talon and stood up. Lowering his hood, he reveals his black-feathered griffon head and green eyes. His face expressionless he replies, "I apologize if you find my stalking of you unsettling. Also, your vocabulary is...strange. What is a 'zeeblezooble' and why do you keep using it as a pronoun?"
Checkmate slowly walked towards the chaos. It wouldn't do him well to rush, and it may very well sort itself out by the time he got there.
"It's my catchphrase! It's more of a catchword!" Doomato smiled. "Greetings, feathered one. May I get you all something?" Offered the Transportal. Doomato near enough magicked a sofa out of nowhere and he was sitting down on it. "Is memory foam! Zeeblezooble!"
Melchiorre simply arched an eyebrow, "No thank you."
Maplewings started to get weirded out but didn't say anything
There they were, a pony, a griffin and a peryton. It was just like a book he read, back in the burning library when it wasn't exactly a BURNING library. "So... We can go anywhere in Equestria you wanted to. Scratch that! We can go beyond Equestria! We could go anywhere at any time period! We can even go back to when Celestia banished Luna like a banana!" Doomato stared at the camera and then back at the two new "friends", "We can even go to where nopony has ever stepped hoof! The choice is yours."
Looking over at Maple, Melchiorre beseeches her to answer. Should she decide to go adventuring with this stallion, she'd probably need all the help she could get.
captain general Crimson Shield began to walk through ponyville, he yawned widely as he levitated multiple scrolls around him while walking reading through each before putting them into his saddle bag which clung to his unique armor "all these reports, i need a break, at least things seem to be going well"
*Sharp bumps the Captain's shoulder* It's only when I see you doing paperwork that I don't mind being 2nd. *Sharp looks at the Captain's armor and then messes with his own neck tie* It's the middle of summer and your trotting around in that wearable oven?
Checkmate walked past, his gaze on his own papers.
the captain looked to him "yeah well you know i just feel more comfortable in my armor its not too hot"
Not too hot? Please, I swear Celestia is trying to cook us alive!
he turns back to the paperwork and reports he was looking over "every season serves its own purpose"
"True, but some are more favorable than others," Steam said as he walked past the two guards.
And this season serves to remind us all why winter is so much better. *Sharp lowers his head and wipes sweat from his brow*
"maybe , but you know i guess you can say Celestia just knows how to bring the heat" the captain chuckles
*Sharp smacks the Captain lightly in the back of the head; he then walks past the other pony towards a coffee shop* Yes, some are more favorable than others... Yeah I'd like an ice vanilla coffee please. *He speaks to the waitress*
"that actually sounds pretty good" he thinks to himself before rushing over "ill take one too " he grins
Steam continues on his path, but on his way back home, he has a weird feeling that he is forgetting something. He decides to sit around town until he can remember.
Checkmate ignored the other guards as he walked past in his Commander's robes. Just a distraction.
*Sharp takes a seat with his coffee and sips on it; he then loosens his tie* So Crimson, remember I still need gems for my Loaders. You have any you don't need?
"i'm fairly certain i do back at my house however i do not have any on me" he sits and finishes reading the last of his reports putting them back in his bag as he takes a drink before speaking again "ill send these to Celestia in a bit "
Doomato headed for the exit portal, "I'll allow you to think." Doomato dived out of the exit portal like a madman and said, "Zeeblezooble, everypony!" So far, this had been I great day for Doomato... *Sigh* And a good day for Doomato means a lot treason against Celestia. Any mention of her within his range of hearing would attract him like bees to a flower.
Maplewings followed Doomato out of the portal. She smiled, happy to be out of there. Her stomach growled, I wonder if theres a pond nearby, i want some fish.. she muttered.
Doomato turned to Maplewings, "The Transportal has a fridge!" Doomato offered.
Following them both out, Melchiorre looks to Maple, "You are carnivorous? I never would have assumed."

Maplewings nodded Yeah, but i try to keep it a secret. I don't want every pony running around screaming thinking I'm going to eat them she said
"Have you ever tried a sugar donut? THEY ARE DELICIOUS! But let me address one thing first. You can't have fish and chips outside of Britain and have them be delicious. I wish I could eat meat but ponies are 'the dominant species' and are all herbivores!" Doomato bellowed, outrageously. Doomato loved meat so much he ate at least a square of it every meal when he was human.
"I don't see what you're afraid of. I've traveled to many parts of Equestria and only frightened a few foals." He offers a small, beaky grin before turning to Doomato, "I remember back in Griffonia we had some envoys from Equestria visiting my tribe. We convinced them to eat meat as it is common courtesy to eat what everyone else is eating." His smile grows, becoming a bit more malevolent, "Their digestive tracts did not agree."
Maplewings smiled, Im happy at least there are some species in equestria that eats meat other than perytons. She said.
Doomato thought of Earth, "Where I come from, all the talking species eat meat. And If you two came, you would most likely become humans with wings. Maple would even have a bird tail, and to lighten the load, we'll all turn back into the things we are right now when we come back. It's very simple, go to the place, turn into the dominant species, go back to were you started, turn back into you." Doomato let out a huge, open-mouthed grin.
Looking himself over, Melchiorre says, "I think I prefer my feathers the shade that they are."
Doomato raised a drawn-on eyebrow, "Who said anything about your feathers changing shade? Your wings will still have feathers, who ever heard of wings made of skin?" He asked.
"You haven't been here long, have you?"
"What do you mean?" Doomato asked, fake eyebrow still raised.
Shrugging his shoulders, "Never mind."
Doomato scrubbed the ink off his face with his hoof, "So, you wanna go to Earth or not?"
Saying nothing, he simply looks to Maple.
"Instead of having a pond fish you could have a proper steak pasty in Cornwall! I know all about pasties and the best were discovered in Cornwall and are made in Cornwall! Zeeblezooble!" Doomato looked back at an animated movie he saw recently, "And apparantely all the ponies except for me have a teenage counterpart in a high school or something." Doomato looked confused at his own words.
Maplewings shrugged I would like to visit Earth i guess... she says, As long as i get back home im fine
Doomato beckoned the two into the Transportal. "All aboard! Choo Choo!"
Silently questioning Maple's judgement, Melchiorre said, "Perytons first."
"First the worst." Doomato laughed, jokingly.
Maplewings giggled I dont mind being the worst, she said while joining Doomato.
Doomato gazed at Melchiorre, "Third the one with the feathery chest!"
Closing his eyes and sighing, he said, "I better keep my feathers."
Doomato facehoofed, "Humans don't have feathers, only your wings will."
Maplewings looked at Doomato How are humans like? How do they look like? she asked.
"First thing's Zeeble, humans are a lot like ponies, griffins and perytons, they're also the dominant species on Earth. Infact, I'm even one of them! They stand up on their back legs and their front legs are replaced by arms which have these things called hands that help to pick up things. They also don't have magic-" Doomato sniffed the air, something wasn't right in Equestria. Doomato suddenly cringed in the disgust, "Sorry, but we're gonna have to postpone our trip, Zeeblezooble!" Doomato galloped straight towards the Everfree Forest, retracted Transportal in hoof.
*Sharp walks through Ponyville, eating an icecream cone* Why's it so hot....?
the captain walked up to sharp sight "didn't you blame it on Celestia ?" he looked to him raising a brow
*Sharp turns to the Captain* I did. But I suppose I don't do sarcasm too well.
"well regardless it is pretty hot out here"

Just moments earlier, Blazing Sun was hanging out in her house in Ponyville. She ended up going outside, and to her surprise, she saw a pony with a strange device. She wanted to know what it is, so she went over to find out. Man it's hot... Blazing thought. Then, when she got within speaking range... "Um, Excuse me, but what's that?" She asked. "And why is it so hot?"
maplewood stepped off the train shouldering his bag and started towards the nearest hotel he could see."so this is ponyville,well i guess i shouldn't be so surprised.
After sighing in to a hotel he began to have a look around.
