Hi! New Player with a question!

So! I just got in the game and decided to create an earth pony (Saw they had 3D platformer type movement and had to XD) the game says go talk to my teacher outside, I did, but it's not completing the quest, I've tried every option and now she's just looping dialog every time I talk to her. Is there something I might have done wrong, I did ask her about growing up before any other reply? Should I report this as a bug? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks ahead of time for any and all help. ^^
Don't know if it matters but I am playing on the Amareica server.
Edit I've figured out it's definitely a bug, I tried with a Pegasus and it started the tutorial no problem, however my Earth Pony talks to the teacher as if the tutorial has finished, while I never did it.
