My car insurance went up like...alot. I had 2 car insurance claims in 1 month when annihilated my 5 year claims free discount, and one of them was an at-fault accident which bumped me up from low risk to moderate risk driver status. In addition I lost my mastodonic 30% discount from snapshot program, though I can earn that back by doing the program again...but I won't be able to drive home if I want to keep my miles down. It's a 300 mile drive.

My previous Louisiana policy was $365 for six months with $500 collision and comprehensive deductibles, full uninsured motorist coverage, rental reimbursement, full medical coverage, and a $0 glass deductible. Now my Texas policy will be $650 for six months with $2000 collision and comprehensive deductibles and no uninsured motorist, rental reimbursement, medical OR glass coverage.

Texas, why have you betrayed me? Can't wait 'til I turn 25.

Where LoE now has the Steam and Tumblr icons at the top of the page, on my mobile they cover the "Show new replies" button partially. Now I'm scared I'm gonna accidently hit the steam icon and lag my phone to heck.

When College graduates act so slow
its like "are these really the people who think there better then me?"
Come on prove to me that you actually learned something from there :l!
(instead of telling me i never went to school which i did but didn't finish >:/)

I have come across folks who have gone to university and still behaved as smart as a bucket of snails  lol

Don't ever let anyone tell you they are smarter just because they have a degree at whatever, if they seriously believe that then they probably aren't all that smart to begin with.

Insomnia! DD:
I don't know what's wrong with me, but I seem to be suddenly stricken with insomnia! No matter how tired I am, no matter how long I've been awake, lately it takes me several hours to fall asleep! And then today, I kept waking back up and then falling asleep.

I was in such a light sleep this morning that the tornado siren test woke me up, and I panicked for a second thinking there was an actual tornado until I realized "Duh, it's the first Tuesday of the month. They're just testing it." and went back to sleep.

After every air plane flight (which i take many) my parents walk out like Hyper Pinkie pies well i'm stuck feeling like crud for days

this brings some dismay since ppl say being at age 60 should mean your like very weak or something but compared to me my parents seem to be super strong which leads me to think i must be one of the weakest beings on the planet (don't get me wrong i love that my parents are mostly healthy)
(P.s:i truly hate long flights in planes since all i feel is physical pain >.<)
(eye hurts & head feels strange but also painful but not like a regular head ache)
then someone has the nerve to ask me to do ANYTHING right after we reach the area we are supposed to RELAX in >:O
(more recently a cab driver thought she had to help me get out of the cab and walk cause of how terrible i looked at the time...that surely means something)

Getting old won't always make someone weak, especially if they remain active. One of my PE teachers in high school was an old man who exercised all the time, and he was pretty fit and had plenty of energy. There are old people who work out and get really muscular, like this one old woman who can lift those super heavy barbels.

Chef Robert Irvine is 49, and his biceps are HUGE! O: He can swing around a sledgehammer no problem! Sure, he's not that old, but still, it kinda goes to show that your strength and amount of energy don't start decreasing just because you get older.

So, don't worry about it, 'kay? ^-^

My grandad, who was 75 and has dementia, somehow managed to lift an industrial-size bench vice and take it upstairs...

Sleep is the only thing I enjoy now adays...
But if I sleep in at all I can't sleep...

So it's like I'm deprived of the one thing I like...

I had some Apple Cider Vinegar to help me sleep...
Then a friend of mine puts it on his foot fungus thing and double dips the rag he used so no way in cold heck I'm drinking that...

Nothing seems to get better, I just get used to the crud.

My mom isn't what i would call "Strong" but my dad is...

You know what I used to hate so much? When I wanted to watch an anime, but I couldn't find it anywhere, and everyone's suggestion was "Look it up on Youtube."
:l
It was as if these people had never tried searching for an anime on Youtube themselves! It was impossible! And this was years before Google bought Youtube!

If you did manage to find a full episode, they didn't have the whole series.
If you found "Part 1" of an episode, it'd actually be only the first few minutes, and the person who posted it would tell you to either
a) Go to this virus-filled website to watch the rest :)
b) Download it here and probably get viruses ^-^

No. No, thank you.

I don't know where people get off scoffing at fair salaries and expecting a phoenix for chicken feed. Not long ago I read a forum post asking what a good starting salary is for a first job and one particularly delusion dude actually responded with this"

"If you just mean "a job's a job" type position for someone down on their luck and living with their parents then $15 dollars an hour is okay I guess. If you mean for you first real career then you should be starting on in the low thirties. Higher if you have any college education or relevant experience. I wouldn't accept a job that paid less than $25."

You're beyond delusional if you think anyone is going to pay you $30+ an hour for an entry-level job with no college degree. You should be measuring your expected income in relative terms. Look up the data, it's all on the internet. Compare your salary to the median for your education level, age, and region. You'll find that the median income for people under 30 with no education past high school is less than $25,000 a year, so if you're in that demographic and you're making $25,000-$30,000 a year ($12-$15 an hour), then you're doing JUST FINE. If you need to make 30 freakin' dollars an hour at age 21 to feel adequate then it sounds like you have self esteem problems.

I was 20 before I got my first full-time job, which I only got because of my mom. If you're comfortable working outside in bad weather and dealing with stupidvisors who expect you to be a slave then I would suggest getting on the the USPS if you can. You don't need ANY education or experience, and new mail carriers start off at $15.68 an hour currently. The job is very hard, though. I couldn't handle it. I'm now a mail handler making $14.32 an hour, which is still good, though it won't be that good for long if management has their way. My union is fighting hard to keep our pay from getting cut but I'm really not optimistic about it.

Ahh, I'd take almost any job at this point.
But sadly due to some health problems I couldn't handle a job like that by the sounds of it.
I could like...stock shelves at Wal-mart though! lol
