You should use the torrent version if you have a program for torrents. If you don't, try uTorrent: http://www.utorrent.com/

If yours is a mac, then in your application side (or wherever you put it) right click on it and click on "Get Info". Then look around and check off "Use 32-bit version". If yours isn't a Mac, then do something like that.
