Forum suggestions / Non-Existent Accounts Online

Unsure of where to put this, likely a bug involving the forum, so I am putting it here. Some kind of bureaucratic error appears to be occurring where accounts that do not appear in the members list are capable of playing the game. I noticed this with the user "appleharmony" while they were playing as "Dodo Dront". Anyone interested could try searching up their username on both LoE and this forum, and you too should get the same results. I don't know what can cause this, as the only reason I know someone can have their name removed from the forum but not the game is if they are banned. However, they are still playing the game, meaning they are not banned. I have attached a Google Drive with pictures to show what I am talking about. If you know a better way to upload pictures for posting here; please share it with me.
