Actually he appears twice in season 5 and twice so far in season 7 if youre interested after season 4. Check wika.

For not tech savy people.

It is recommended that you include your systems specs to the bug report. Like what os and it's version, CPU, GPU, amount of ram at the very least.


To find:
OS information - Right click on on "This PC" or "My Computer" icon on your desktop and click on properties. There it should read "Windows edition" and below your OS name ( Like Windows 7 Pro or Windows 10 Pro) a bit lower you will find system category and the name of your CPU, ammount of RAM and system type (x86 or x64)

For GPU you can either go to either Right click on on "This PC" or "My Computer" icon on your desktop and click on properties, then on the left you should see "device manadger", there expand "Display adapters" and it should list currently active GPUs unless it was manually disabled. Or use GPU-Z from google and once run at the top in the "Name" category it should display name of your GPU.  If you got more than one at the bottom you can switch between each active GPU to get it's info.

You could try with your nick too. Then after 10min or so check all your email that you have access to. Apart from that you need to contact Admin and somehow proof it is your account.

Nowhere. Why? Becouse if there was it would just be flooded by people posting ideas, and nothing would get done becouse of devs attendind to 100s of ideas people would want. Although nothing wrong with it people should understant that there is a loooot to be done still to the game besides couple hundreds reported bugs.

And if you want to invert mouse controls there should be some tool to use if you try and goole it yourself rather than having someone else do it for you.

There is not a MMO with 24/7 uptime. Eventually they have to be taken down for maintenance.

Check Event Viewer in Control Pannel > Administrative Tools, but most likely your laptop is overheating.

Try Alt +Enter, or set scalling on your GPU drivers side.

Update your GPU drivers, if you have 2 GPU's switch to the other one. If it still does look pink your GPU is the problem.

Just delete whole loe folder in that temp location. The game will rebuild it next time you run it. Possibly w/o your error

Sorry no idea for mac, but if the files are named the same searching for their names should be able to find them.

Try maybe changing your password on that non "é" account so that it does not contain any of in your case french specific letters and try logging in?

and logging in again, also when youre logging in check if in login field game actually spells that "é" or some other character or try copy/paste your username/pass from notepad.

Settings > Video, uncheck fullscreen and set resolution how you want, if the settings do not apply edit/delete VideoSettings.json in notepad or other text editor.

The location of VideoSettings.json is:

Can change settings just fine, if it is forced/blocked it is done by your drivers or OS
