I am aware that the sparkling black star potion allows you to get unique items to CRA as opposed to the black star potion, but my question is: being there any other differences between the two? more specifically, if the sparkling potion has a higher chance of getting unique drops, or is it just the same? (I believe they both just say it increases the chance of getting unique tier items)
