Chat spontaneously scrolling to top

The chatbox, on occasion, randomly scrolls up to the top.  This happens every couple of minutes regardless of whether or not I'm using it or playing, and it doesn't matter what tab it's on.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

That's been happening all the time, not just this OSW. To my experience anyway.
