Idea for late game, since once you've done everything, there really isn't anything to do, so a lot of players stop playing all together relatively quickly.

What if, like in GTA RP private servers, players could get "jobs", daily quests, some which could require specific talents, and encourage player interaction.

Examples could be:

Mail currior, having to take mail to specific mailboxes around the game world.

Taxi, Ponies who have lots of energy and can sprint or fly for long distances (maybe add skills that reduce energy used for sprinting / flying) And have players give other players rides on a cart. Maybe have various carts that taxi ponies can buy and customize the colors.

The various crafting skills could have NPC's that will buy large quantities of specific goods (x10 hats to a clothes vendor, x100 apples to apple vendor, ect), maybe have this be how NPC's get the goods, requiring players to work to support the game world's economy.

I'm sure there are other mundane things that could be made into jobs as well.

Give players something to work for;

Rare cosmetics that require long quest chains to obtain.

Maybe at a later date you could consider player housing, there are a lot of houses in the game, could make a couple of generic interiors for each town location, and have various furniture items players can collect.
