It will be a legal/insurance reason. They have to be so careful to make sure nothing could potentially block the project

Indeed, I have read through the post and found it confusing too.
I assume it's a story link in Google Docs and so have done that. The post also mentioned making sure all judges are to have permissions to view? I assume they will give us a list of those so we can allow them to see the Google Doc. Anyhow I'm sure it will all work out
