I also have a bat pony OC but first thing first...
In my headcanon, bat ponies are the ones we've seen during Luna Eclipsed (the two we saw pulling Luna's carriage thing).
I do NOT and will NEVER count "Flutterbat" as a bat pony because she wasn't one. She was a pegasus whom became a magical abomination temporally via Twilight Sparkle's magic (accidentally). So ANY OCs based on Flutterbat is, in my mind, abominations... Not bat ponies.
Now as for bat ponies themselves? I follow what we had gathered from the writers (and Lauren Faust herself made a comment). Something along the lines that they live in caves, tend to have their own society/home, but are willing to help out with Equestria's nightlife (including dream magic, maybe?) and being Luna's guards.
My own OC though is a bit different. I went with the idea that he was born with a pegasus-related talent, not one of a bat pony. Which caused him to be unaccepted in his home and due to bat ponies being rare in Equestria, he isn't very accepted by the other pony races (though not 'hated' or 'exiled').

I'm editing the MineLittlePony mod that was for 1.2.5 to ponify the mobs as well as the player... I just ALSO did the Enderpony as well while I was at it.

Um. I think you are honestly extremely confused cause there's no similar logic between the two... Alicorns we do have plenty of lore about and know that some are supernatural (Twilight Sparkle), how they can become, etc...
Batponies on the other hand... We have NOTHING except ONE THING. They are there and at least two are Luna's guards... That's it. Alicorns, we can pull out quite a bit about.
So we do need a batpony episode big time cause of the lack of info on them... BUT we also do still need some more info on Alicorns like if they CAN be born naturally or if all are supernatural (Meaning that Luna and Celestia were once unicorns) and if they are truly immortal/long life OR that only Celestia and Luna are immortal/long life thusly making Cadence and Twilight age normally with their friends/family...
So ye'h. I don't understand your argument there.
As for the Doctor, season 4 isn't over yet so no need to say "wait til next season for that" type of ordeal!

Kept seeing bronies and pony-related stuff everywhere... Like literally. So was like "Okay... Wtf is with all of this?" and ended up watching the Season 1 premiere. I even told my mother that "Oh don't mind me... I'll most likely hate this and will only be watching it once..."

Okay. First thing first... I play Minecraft 1.2.5 on PC purposely just cause I can and don't care about updating... This put me in a pickle though but so far I've been fixing that! (Pickle being not having ponified mobs but I've successfully did that already. Even more!).
As for the Enderpony... Well.

A few things...
We NEED a batpony episode now! We know absolutely nothing about batponies except that TWO of them work for Princess Luna as Royal Guards! And we specially need the episode now because of the whole Flutterbat crap... (Flutterbat was NOT A BATPONY! Get it in your head my fellow friends! She was only bat-like and heck, call her a vampire pony! That would fit better cause of how she acted and that what Pinkie Pie called her!)...
So ye'h. Batpony episode. Would be a good Luna episode actually.
Secondly... An episode to make the Doctor canon... At the very least, show him in the background with either his TARDIS or Sonic Screwdriver (and maybe to spice it more up... Ditzy/Derpy with him!). I can already tell it would be hard to do a "Doctor episode" without permission... Though could be possible.
