I love the rain and thunderstorms when im inside somewhere
When I work outside in thunderstorms they become strangely less fun and cool

I'd stop 'working' and sploosh around in all the puddles and stuff. 

then my clothes become even more soaked and I would have to finish my work soaked to the marrow and be sick the next day
OH WAIT THAT HAPPENED 2 WEEKS AGO AND I JUST RECOVERED YESTERDAY FROM BEING SICK </rant>

Here's the logic of rain for where I live.
It rains only when you are outside and when you go inside, the rain goes away
Or when they say in the news that a thunderstorm is coming but never heard one when they said it. Only heavy rain.

And for thunderstorms... It's only at night, between 9pm and 4am, when its not announced and it wakes you up.

Those things are just annoying.

At Home: oh... its raining... oh well
At School: OMG ITS RAINING ITS SOME KIND OF SIGN FOR ALL LIFE AS WE KNOW IT! :O

And when it storms
At home: Oh great. The power better not go out.
At school: Please knock the power out, please knock the power out, please knock the power out!

If the power goes out and stays out for 30 minutes, you get to go home.

Have to cycle trough that kind of rain almost everyday.
And you know what, i love it

Okay, let me reiterate that... The rain made the water up to my ankle at some points.
Normally when it rains here, even when it's heavy rain, it doesn't flood until that much.

Well, we had a huge drought here, and then it started flooding in the nearby city. It was fun. My cat thought there was fish in our backyard and started trying to catch its own reflection.    Only when there was hail that it was unbearable...
