I did it by when the panel finishes, as it would make more sense for the servers to start after the panel finished, rather than when the panel started. So the panel ends at 1PM Ohio time, servers start at 1PM East Coast time (theoretically of course)

I believe it will be from the 28th-30th of this month while Canterlot Gardens goes on, I don't think it matters what coast or where your at, plus I believe Canterlot Gardens is in Ohio witch I believe is in the East Coast.

But trademark =/= copyright.
Trademark has different rules than copyright. I think an example my teacher gave us was if an airport company uses the word Delta in their name, and some other kind of company, maybe a donut shop, uses Delta in their name, it's not illegal because Delta Donuts isn't the same kind of company as Delta Airlines.

I'm still not sure where LoE would stand in a trademark situation, though, if Equestria is trademarked.

That example is correct, and even if Hasbro trademarked Equestria, they'd have to trademark it in a specific category. If they trademark it in regards to their show, then we'd be fine because we're not producing a series, movie, or animation. We're developing a video game. Copyright is where we have to worry, if any worry is due.
