problem with selling items

When I click "shop" option when pressing on NPC like Bluebell there should be "Sell" option next to the "Welcome!" window, but there is no window with the sell option and I can't sell any items.
What happend?

After you open the shop, you open your inventory, right click on your items and click on "sell".
