How to play?

Hi all, i`m from Russia and my sister want play this game, but i don`t understand, where i can find the link, to download normal client of game? Help please and sorry for offtop)
So, my client requirement update, but i can`t find, where

You will only be able to play April 18-20, 2014, right now. The game is not finished yet, but we sometimes let people play for a weekend to test it. I'm sure the game will be available for download a day or two before we start the test.
